ComTec Fire & Safety Corporation

Was hired by ComTec Fire Safety Corporation to complete work for one of there customers as they were not qualified to complete the work.. ComTec invoiced there customer for the work and to date Comtec has not paid us for the work we completed on there behalf from 2021.

Very unprofessional service with terrible communication. In early January agreed to undertake a Construction Fire Safety Plan by Feb 1st. On Feb 7th said it would be done by end of the week. Then didn't respond to emails or calls. All calls to the office go to voicemail and not returned. Completely let us down and delayed our Building Permit application. By end of Feb reached out to Pacific Coast Fire and finally we are getting the job done.

Starting my own business by myself: I was going in so many directions and putting up emergency lighting and fire extinguishers just to get a business licence was not on my to-do list to start up. I knew I had to call professionals.I wasn't an easy customer, with odd schedules and ignorance to the whole set up. ComTec patiently worked with me for several weeks over 2 projects.Ready to open in a couple weeks.Good honest service.
