Worst experience ever! I have taken my two dogs to dogs gone glamorous several times before and thought that they had done an amazing job until October 6th, 2016. The whole situation was terrible, I understand that accidents happen but the owner handled the situation totally unprofessional! Not only did she have an attitude, she refused to take responsibility for what had happened and stated she would not pay any unnecessary vet bill because she felt that her gluing my dog back together was good enough. Anyone who is an animal lover, would take their fur baby to the vet to have them checked out with a serious cut like this! It is obvious from the cut that she was not paying attention to what she was doing. My dog was cut on his chest and then glued back together, I was not notified of this until I was to pick him up! I feel that he should have gone to the vet that is right next door to be looked at! She is not a vet, and should not pretend to be a vet and just glue my dog back together. I will not be returning to this groomers!However, the following day, I personally presented her with a vet bill and she did pay it. But not once did she care to ask how he was doing.

My dog Friday was just groom by the husband, wife team at Dog Gone Glamorous. Friday is big and looks intimating so they asked me if I would stay for her first grooming to make sure the procedure goes well. Horrible place, no care or regard for the pet... nails clipped too short causing bleeding, hair clipped too close causing scraps and cuts...after our last visit Chumlee had numerous scraps and a eye infection because of careless washing resulting in a 300 dollar vet bill....and to top it off this horrible person had the audacity to blame me for the issues....horrible place if you love your pet don`t bring it here!

My dog is completely traumatized from having been here. She can't walk, to touch her makes her scream in agony, she got an eye infection and has muzzle burns!!! Horrible people, horrible business. Dog Gone Glamorous!?!?!? More like DOG GONE ABUSIVE!!!!

Our 2 dogs had been going here for 5 years and recently we added our puppy. Leslie the owner told us today that the 2 older dogs stress her out to much and she won't see our dogs again! So after 5 years all of a sudden you can't handle my dogs! Then have the nerve to ask where your tip is after refusing to see them again!! Leslie is to rough and aggressive with the dogs, not to mention unpleasant to deal with. The only pro is her husband Perry is very nice and great with dogs!

Lesley the owner did a great job on my two dogs. Great location in Orangeville, easy to find. Friendly staff, clean.

The nice lady who runs it is wonderful with dogs. you leave with a very comfortable and satisfying experience
