Great people to deal with when we were buying our Toyota Sienna. Windshield cracked soon after taking it off the lot, and they were most helpful and professional getting that issue taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a used car.

Today, we bought a 2016 Ford Edge Platinum from Sunridge Nissan Used. Our salesman's name was Malek and I truly believe he's one of the greatest salesmen I've ever met. Apart from his professional appearance and manner, Malek went out of his way to try and find us deals for our car. He also let us sit into some of our dream cars, not caring that we couldn't afford them. He allowed our dream to grow of one day being able to afford such nice cars. We aren't the richest family in the world, and we're looking for a SUV in the mid 20,000's range. We came into Sunridge Nissan to buy a Ford Escape but wanted something more. Malek then showed us a Cadillac XTS which was a wonderful car, but a bit pricey on our end. We had a dilemma, where we wanted to buy a car from him, but didn't know which car. Malek went out of his way to show us all of the inventory the dealership had, skimming through one by one, even though we weren't buying the most expensive car. Then we stumbled upon the Ford Edge. This car met all of our wanting's, and was in a great kilometer range, as well as an amazing price. We loved the car so much at the $25,000 sticker, but he surprised us even more by getting us a further $3,500 off which came to a total of $22,500. We were so elated at this discount and I was jumping with joy! We respect Malek and his professionalism, we hope he gets Employee of the Month, and wish him all the best for his future sales, he truly deserves the success in the car sales market. This place is horrible. The sales person committed on a certain price and when the manager came and said something different. These people don’t stick to their word. We even had emails with the salesperson saying that he will give the vehicle for a price and when we came to buy they said we can’t do it. The sales person vanished and the manager said that this is the last price and we didn’t agree on anything even when we showed him the email. Not at all trustworthy and respectful.Horrible people who don’t stick to their word. Would never recommend them. Worst dealership ever.

Trying to get a refund for a deposit that I paid last May 26 I was able to get another car from a different dealer and I was assured that I could get a refund if I change my mind. Called them the next day to get a refund and I was able to get an Ok with burhan and waited almost 2 weeks and I haven't received anything so I called them but when I tried calling the dealership to talk to the manager mike, it's either busy and I need to call back, not in the store or in a meeting. Yesterday after trying my luck I was able to talk to mike and I was told that credit card transactions can only be refunded in store so I told him that I'll go to the store the next day and that's today. So when I went there I waited again since the managers were in a meeting. I waited until they were done and found out mike is not in the store. I talked to one of the managers in the store and I was asked if I have the receipt, I told them that I lost it but it's in my bank transaction. They said they need it for a refund but I told them that I only got the copy of the receipt and the original is with them but they said I need to talk to mike on Saturday because they thought that my time is not that precious and I can go anywhere whenever I want. I had a bad experience with the dealership before and I thought they were different because me and my wife bought a new nissan rouge with the nissan before.Looks to me based on my experience so far that if you buy a car with them. They will be nice to you otherwise they don't care at all.
