Steam King Carpet Care
They really didn’t look any different than what they were. I had to go over stained areas again to get them out. (Not pet urine). Glad I was able to do a better job then what was done with my own carpet cleaner. I thought a professional cleaner would be better but I was wrong. It only took them like an half hour to do 2 bedrooms and hallway/stairs. They work way too fast for a deep cleaning. Don’t waste your money, I will never use them again!!

The cleaning was good no complaints there. But I do have a complaint that the quote changed once they got here by quit abit. I wanted to cancel but the guy had a slight attitude telling me they booked my house for a 3 hour slot which I’m sure they did but I also did not know my quote would increase by almost 150 more. They guy did get me back down to my original quote given. Not sure I would do business with them again.
