Dont deal with groupon. Its a much better experience without groupon. I followed all the instructions and rules online and it was a breeze. So much better than trying to communicate over phone tag

Extremely poor service, I booked weeks in advance , child was extremely looking forward to it, should have truly believed all the reviews but I wanted to give them a chance for redemption but PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE ! THE OWNER IS SUPER RUDE ,CONDESCENDING AND GAVE HORRIFIC ATTITUDE. I arrived around 3:45-3:50 for my 4pm appointment , didn't see anyone in the barn except for horses ...tried calling the phone number and no one was picking up. I was walking towards the house hoping to find someone on the porch or something ,the owner suddenly walked out from the barn , and yelled at me for walking towards the house . I said I have an appointment for 4 , she asked if I purchased from groupon , I said yes she said they cancelled all the contracts with groupon , wouldn't honor it, so I said that is fine, I can pay cash for the session and she screamed at me saying she doesn't want to accept my business ..like what? I was willing to pay in cash ,ok then she gave me extreme poor attitude ..if they don't want business, simply pull the site down and state no groupon purchases and they do not want business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING OR EVEN TRYING..we are all humans that deserve to be treated with basic etiquette and respect...clearly this is not the place..1 star is to let me write this review....they deserve negative stars..i hope they close down sooon...

Such a great place! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, the sweetest animals - you & your kids will love it!! Fantastic place to ride and visit.

I bought the tickets through Groupon, but when I called to make an appointment all they said was they don't do groupon anymore in a very rude way. Before I even say anything she hung up on me. So basically I wasted my money and time with both Angel Creek and Groupon. Extremely disappointed with their service and attitude. Never will try again.

Loved it

I purchased a Groupon for an intro riding lesson with this place. We showed up at scheduled time only to be spoken to in a VERY PATRONIZING and sent home. Owner is condescending and rude; she denied that she had previously spoken to me on the phone (she said it must've been someone else who gave me wrong information, but she didn't know who and didn't care). I filed a complaint with Groupon, but am not sure if they'll follow through. I can't imagine how this place stays in business; just don't even bother.

Talked to a staff about wanting to visit the place to probably start to learn lessons and they were really exclusive and rude in a certain way. This seems to be a really private school... Hopefully the students there are joyful...

This place can be really amazing or really bad, depending on the mood of the owner. Lots of empty promises, until my kids were turned away after several lessons, whereby the horses won’t do more than a trot. On a positive note, this location is beautiful and the horses are loved.
