About a week ago I purchased 2 pairs of mens shorts on sale for $10 each and asked the cashier if the size wasn't okay if I could return them since the person I was buying for wasn't with me and she said either exchange or store credit so I agreed and purchased. Today I went to the store to see if I could find a bigger size (36) and none were available so i went to the cashier to return them for store credit and she (a different cashier than initally) said that I can't get a store credit on the clearance shorts, that I would have to exchange. As I mentioned, there was not the size I needed in store and I did not want to buy anything else right now. It is very upsetting that even after asking for a direct answer before purchasing I now have to hold onto a pair of shorts that don't fit. It's really not about the money just the inconsistent service and telling customers incorrect information that really ruined my experience today.

Bought a long sleeve mens shirt from here and it fit really well, but when i went to take it off the sleeve completely ripped off the torso of the shirt. Also, it stained my skin grey. The quality of this shirt is complete garbage, I could not believe it as it was $30. I decided to take the other sleeve off to make it a tank top and the other sleeve EASILY ripped off. I cant even make it into a tank top without sowing it because the seams are literally falling apart. I'm hope there would be better quality items there but I am no longer shopping at bluenotes.

Wanted to leave a glowing review for Suzy/Suzie at the Conestoga Mall location of Bluenotes in Waterloo Ontario. She was so kind to help me out and even though it was the busiest time of the year, 2 days before Christmas and I could tell she was under the gun, she still took time to help me out with my exchange and helped me to source another pair of jeans that was equivalent to the cost of the original pair... she could have let me walk out having to pay more and instead was very accommodating! I am a highly satisfied customer and hope Bluenotes head office will give her the recognition she deserves, as I know how stressful it is to work in a retail environment like that. :) Thanks again for your help, Suzy!

Yesterday I purchased 2 pairs of jogger pnts on buy one get one for $67 and asked the cashier if the size wasn't okay if I could return them since the person I was buying for wasn't with me and she said either exchange or store credit so I agreed and purchased. Today I went to the store that I could find a bigger size L and got that one I went for paying. The cashier was very rude to me (a different cashier than initally I think she is a newlysale girls and rude cashier is senior over there) said that I can't get an exchange because of the incorrect receipt , that I got that receipt from the same store for the same productof different suze. As I mentioned, she was very angry at me and talked indifferently. It is very upsetting that even after asking for a direct answer before purchasing I now have to hold the jogger pant that don't fit. It's really not about the money just the inconsistent service and telling customers incorrect information that really ruined my experience today. Worst bluenotes in KWC region.

Store was organized and easy to find sizes. The sale at the moment was Store wide buy one get one $1.00" !! Two employees told us this was the entire Store! Very cool. I bought a winter coat and a sweater. Once through the check out I looked at my receipt and noticed the sweater was $10

One person on cash and 2-3 employee's folding clothes. No one helping out on cash with massive line. Employee in front of line purchasing clothes and chatting with cashier when line is massive. No one attending change room and employee's not very warm or friendly.

Poor customer service today. The sale was 50 percent off a similar priced item or less. They discounted the cheapest item we bought. I went back in right after leaving and was told to wait in line. This was their error but now I am supposed to wait in line again for them to fix their error? I waited and then suggested to the teller that for better customer service they should fix their error without making the client wait. Then the clerk argued with me and when I told them to stop arguing with me they said they will continue to argue with me and would call security to have me removed. I will NEVER shop there again.

I saw a huge sign outside Bluenotes today saying Absolutely everything in the store, $15 or less. I returned home and sent my two boys over. When they returned home, their jeans were $28 a pair. I phoned the store to question this and they said that they ran out of the sale items, so put out their new stock, which they could not offer the sale price on. In which case they should have left those items in the storeroom until the sale" ended. Or perhaps change the incredibly misleading signage. Because let's face it

only giving a one star because they have half decent clothing sometimes. Although I went in there looking for bathing suit cover up pants. I asked 2 workers (both East Indian) and described what I was looking for the one girl said “idk “ and went back to whatever she was doing then I asked another guy and he shrugged his shoulders and said “ok”. I don’t think they have customer services skills nor can speak or understand English . It was a terrible and awkward experience, they should know what they are selling etc

I had an arm full of items and awaited in line, when I got to the counter the cashier didn't even look at me. I asked her for a bigger bag to carry my coat around the mall, she sighed while giving me a death stare and then rolled her eyes. She charged me for 3 items which weren't mine, and then gave me attitude when I brought it up. The only words kind words she said to me were Will that be cash or debit?". I have had great customer service there before
