Highly recommended! Dave and Josh are professional, honest, conscientious and great with dogs.Dave provided great advice on how to open up our fireplace and select the best multi-fuel burner for our space. We are so happy with our stove and the service we received. We had some delays due to high winds and storms and Dave kept up communications with us with their return to complete the installation. He made sure we knew how to break in our new stove safely and what to expect.

Arrived on time, friendly, clean and fast. Gave us advice on the fire efficiency, AGA & chickens!. Other than the clean chimneys - couldn't tell he'd been (no mess!). Would highly recommend David (CHAPS) for your fires and chimneys.

Fantastic service. Arranged a mutually convenient time that fitted around family life, arrived promptly and did an amazing job. It was the first time our chimney has been swept since the installation of a log burner and I was expecting some sooty residue around the house...but there is none. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.

Dave has provided chimney sweeping services for us and has also installed a new wood burner for us. He was incredibly polite, clean, tidy and very helpful when we were choosing which stove/ surround to go for with the wood burner. I would highly recommend his services!

I had a problem with the burner not drawing. I emailed Dave who answered immediatly firstly offering helpful hints in case it was a simple fix which it didn't seem to be so even though its their busy time of year Dave took the trouble to come out and sweep my chimney and fix the problem!Service above and beyond!No mess no fuss.. helpful and polite.. I highly recommend Chaps !!

We had a wood burning stove installed by Chaps Chimneys and we couldn’t be happier. The customer service was great from start to finish. Dave gave us advice on which burners to look at and once we decided which one to go with it was ordered and installed very quickly. Installation was quick and the house was left very clean and tidy. We will be recommending to anyone looking to have a burner installed!
