I had a bad experience, brought my bike for maintenance and they basically told me that my bike of well over $4000 was scrap and they did not want to work on, but instead they started to sell me used and ugly lookomg bikes they had in stock. Was not a pleasant experience, I will not come back to this place.

After letting them convince me to do a fairly large overhaul on my bike for big money, it’s all in doubt now. The most basic functioning of the derailer doesn’t work. It worked fine before. I think this should be checked before handing you the bill. Had I been on some big hills this would have been a big safety hazard. It was disappointing. I took the bike back in and no questions asked and immediately looked after. Tested retested. I test rode it a few times in between. Adjustments done until it was better. Although I think this could have been prevented the recognition of the problem and immediate service was as good as it gets. Definitely two star to a four+.

These guys are amazing. After going to a number of bike shops I ended up purchasing my new bike here. Great knowledge, very friendly, and passionate. On top of this, they are locally owned and whenever I can, I always support local.

I made a horrible mistake in trying to rush to get my son's $300 bike fixed so we could go biking this weekend. I was charged $183 for new brakes/cables that I could have purchased and installed myself in an hour for $25 off Amazon. Go here if you don't care about pricing, otherwise inflation" has caused some major issues in this establishment. I will not be returning."

I just did the math, and since about 2010, I have bought a total of seven bikes from Steve. Some were road bike upgrades, mountain bike upgrades, and for growing kids. They've all been great bikes, and Steve always found me the right fit and price.I've also taken bikes back for tune-ups, and it's literally like getting a brand new bike back.If you want great value and service, and to support what is a small business that is owner operated - don't go anywhere else.

I don’t know much about bikes except how to pedal them, so when my bike chain broke, I figured I’d just go buy a new one. I didn’t expect the staff here to go as above and beyond as they did, but they happily got me a new chain and offered their own time to show me how to upkeep it, how to mount it, and other general bike maintenance tips. I left knowing a lot more about bikes and also knowing that I’ll be coming back here for any of my future bike needs!
