The staff at this store were so welcoming and helpful! I was struggling to find a jacket for my mother in law who is new to Canada. Lateisha and Nicole were the associates who helped me and they made everything so easy. They worked with my budget and helped me find something very stylish! I loved both their smiles and most importantly their patience with me.

Rudsak is a brand I haven’t checked out before but was curious to see what they had inside. The assistant manager, Tanya, assisted me with product knowledge and great customer service! I listed all the details that I wanted in a winter jacket and she brought out all the specific styles they carried that matched my likings. I left the store a satisfied customer that day. Great styles and customer service, would recommend!

Terrible customer service.I walk in ... try to ask questions.. no one is the store.. and the staff doesn't help at all. After i said i will be posting a Google review.... wow she changed 200%Work properly !!!!

The ladies at Rudsak were so friendly and helpful! They went in the back numerous times to search for different items for us. At the end, Nadel even offered to hold on to our bags while we went shopping.

Not Recommended.Its necessary to share my Experience with this store. A Good canadian brand and quality brand. EMPLOYEES are very impolite. Rude with zero Customer service skills. I Purchased my product but their behaviour is unacceptable...

I bought xs in the store, and when I got home, I found that I was given the wrong size. I called and asked to hold xs, but I was rejected. The attitude on the phone is extremely bad, you can't hold it, you can't return it, and you don't think about how to solve it if you make a mistake

Replace your current staff.One staff wearing AirPods, listening to her music instead of serving the customersThe other two were trying different jackets and commenting how nice they are.Lol thanks for your customer focus.

Came here a few weeks ago to purchase a new winter jacket for my wife. The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Nadel and Tanya who helped me find the perfect style and jacket for my wife. I will definitely be coming back to this store.

Shopped at Rudsak at the Toronto Premium Outlet. Staff was not helpful, barely answered questions re available sizes & pricing and they were not busy. Numerous items such as knit hats with Pom poms were not even reduced in price, as reflected online for in-store pricing. Worst customer service I have received in any store in a long time. Felt invisible. Will not return.
