The staff was wonderful and the BLT is something I'll come back to try again. The only downside is the transient population around the mall grounds leave a mess and harass visitors.

Only one till open, 5 people working drive-thru. Waiting at least 30 to 40 minutes to get an order. This is about 10 people in line. Other tim hortons have a runner while someone runs the till. Lots of customers walk out. Please manage your staff better. I do know staffing is an issue, but your walk in customers are just as important as the drive-thru.

Pretty much kinda just like basically every other run-of-the-mill stereotypical Tim Hortons. This one the seating area is a little limited. Can be busy at times. Coffe tastes just like Tim Horton's coffee. And the food looks the same too. Hashbrown was a little dried out today. Sandwich was fine. Have a look at the pics. There is no shortage of Tims in this town, so if you don't like this one, you can go to the other one, or the other one, or the other one, or wait for the new one. Approx 1 Tims for 2000 people. Not a bad ratio. Enjoy!

Wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, other times you end up without the drink you ordered 3 times during the ordering process and you get a sandwich that looks like someone balled it up in their furious fist before tossing it into a bag.

Waited 15 minutes to be served by someone who kept sighing and clearly didn't want to be there. Gave me a cold item from the front display and then turned his back on the customer waiting behind me.

In store service is absolutely terrible. They only take one person's order every 10 minutes.Service has not improved at all the line up in store is constantly out of the building. Have literally never come to this location and not seen at least 6 people lined up and the people in the back standing around or taking orders incredibly slowly. The only priority is drive thru and if you have to go inside don't bother its not worth the waste of your time.

I regrettably bought coffee from Tim Hortons again. Unlike other establishments- they take no efforts to reduce their waste! Even when you purchase a refill coffee they pour it into a plastic cup and throw the plastic cup out- often tossing on a lid or a sleeve then throwing it out right in front of you. Shame on you Tim Hortons. I will be supporting businesses that care about the future of their planet and people.

5:30 am, June 29th 2023. Horrible customer service. By far the worst. Ordered a coffee yesterday with two sugar only. They added cream which I’m allergic to. Told them this morning but we got an attitude, pulled up to the window and all of them were laughing. I get to work and figured out why. Had a sip of my coffee and tasted the cream. Used to be the best location.

the ladie working the till at 1230 is an amazing multi tasker and was absolutely so sweet to me and my mom. i feel that the workers at this establishment should get a raise because compared to the other 5 tim’s i’ve been to i’ve never had such great service. especially from the till she’s amazing

Worst timmies ever. At 6:30 pm about 20 people showed up. Seats available for 7! The rest of the restaurant was blocked off with chairs indicating no access. Bathroom blocked off, no access. Asked what time they close, answer I don't know". Do you have soup
