If you go two months without a false fire alarm , you’re lucky. The homeless people problem is so bad that I will find them in our garbage room and wayyy down in the stairwell of p3! Last time I went to p3 you could tell there was a small fire but no one was notified of it. The quality of things built in here are illogical and bad (especially the floor boards) . I know it’s not Lido’s fault but midtown bar will blare music till super late and people scream and whistle on the streets till super late. Great location, just needs so many improvements like not letting the short term renters on second have the same access as residents because the crime rates in the building are increased since before they had access.

Why is there no Chinese food or take out when the sign says there is Chinese food and take out" it's because there used to be very popular Chinese cafe named Lido. Now there is a living building on that place named in memory of that cafe. The sign is the only thing left from the old building."

False fire alarms every month, drunk people screaming outside of your windows, and noise complaints if you have 1 friend over.
