Rexall

The location is great, especially if you work/live in the area, but being so close to the subway and the volumes of daily commuters that pass by, it's very accessible to many people.The store itself is quite big, and carries a lot of product, way beyond what you would expect from just a pharmacy.

My experience happened during the holiday season 2021. My refill was due December 27th. However, this store closes alot. They are closed 25th, 26th, 27th, and 28th of December every year. Needless to say, my refill was in limbo. I wish they'd let their customers know of such closures in advance especially those who have important medications to take. To add insult to injury, my doctor was closed until January 3rd. In short, I moved over my prescriptions to a location that was always open. If you're an occasional prescription customer, this location is great. However, if your medications and refills are important, move on to a more accessible pharmacy location. The only thing this store has got going for it is customer service. Aside from that, being in pain for days was not fun since they held my refills in limbo. Did not enjoy that at all.

Reliable hours. Stay away from the grump cashier and you will be fine (use the self-out machines).

The pharmacists here are NOT professionals and they are NOT reliable. They told that they’ll renew my prescription with my doctor 2 months ago so I called this morning for pick up, the pharmacist confirmed all my info online and agreed on the pickup items. When I stoped by later on they noticed that they’ve never reached out to my doctor and they PRETENDED as if I’ve never called them in the morning even though I showed the call record and recognized the voice of the pharmacist I talked to. They both ended up lying to me and they did it so poorly that their separate explanations on what happened in their end were very contradictory. Such a shame especially when these come from a health professional..Find another pharmacists to save some real headache.

Did not convey critical information over the phone, resulted in a wasted trip to the pharmacy

Always have issues with prescriptions over the phone. They'll tell me they have no record of me calling or other issues in refilling prescriptions. Have to call them a few times to get things sorted. Seem unorganized unless you are in person. Store its self is alright. Pricey but convenient, usually a wait for cashiers

Convenient location. It is nice having a Rexall in such a busy business area. I was able to get products i needed without having to travel very far and the line was moving very fast which was good as i was in a hurry. I highly recommend this Rexall if your in the area

Refuses to give me the omicron booster, her reason was my first two doses were in Nova Scotia and her system will only see the booster as my first dose. Which I find hard to believe because they gave me a vaccine passport.

Organized store. Employees should assist customers more
