This place is very much open and working for those with appointments only. Had my car registered in no time and lady over there at the counter was very helpful and efficient. Though a small place it is good enough to get all DL or Vehicle registration stuff completed

If I could give zero starts I would. The phone number was not working to make an appointment, therefore I went in person to take one. I enter and it says on a sign that I am not allowed to enter until I make an appointment (which is what I intended to do). However, there is no one at the entrance that I can talk to. I wait ten minutes and call out hello so I can talk to someone, but no one ever comes. Finally I let myself in the room. As soon as I enter, a woman keeps yelling at me ‘Get out’ extremely loudly in very rude tone. I then politely and calmly explain that I would like to talk to someone about masking an appointment and there’s no one at the entrance. She continues to yell at me and does not listen to me, and continues screaming at me to ‘get out’. A man starts approaching to talk to me and we both leave to the entrance. Then, once again, I politely tell him my situation and he says he can’t help me. Further, when I explained to him that I need to renew my learners license, he interrupts me and says in an extremely rude tone ‘I know, I work here’. Very impatient and rude staff. Clearly never learned manners or received basic education. Do not recommend.

Avoid at all costs!!! Going to Tremblant and back to do your paperwork would be much faster then going here! They are very disorganized, with zero structure. I get that there are people with Appointments, but there are 4 tellers open and they will all take Appointments first. The Appointments are scheduled very tightly with no space to accommodate any walk ins. I sat there for 3 hours and then left because I was stuck in limboI've come here for the longest time now, but I'm done with this place. Every time I come here, I leave more agitate with the waste of time then anything

I'm giving 1 star just because I cannot give zero. I have never seen employees as disrespectful as these people. I was asking a question today regarding my driver's license and the lady was just dismissing me the whole time without letting me finish my story. Then another employee who was entering literally said : deja sortez de la parce que vous bloquez l'entrée" when there was no one in line and he could have said it way nicer !! They do not know how to talk to people and it's not the first time I have seen them being rude.Might I add that the lady changed her attitude towards me when she saw that I was still calm even if she was rude the whole time.."

Worst saaq I’ve ever been to. They are by far the slowest possible and the lady just kept coming out to regularly shout at everyone in line that the wait time was over an hour and chances were no one would get seen.I eventually got fed up at left after waiting almost 2 hours.

The opening hours during the COVID-19 pandemic are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A lot of people come early as 7:30 am and wait outside to get served quickly as possible. It’s a lot quicker with appointments.

We have three people. My friend is waiting in the line outside. Me and the other friend wait inside the building. But the lady ask us to go out and wait outside. It is cold outside, -13 degrees. I don’t understand what is the problem.———————————————Bad arrangement!!!! On Google, it says this saaq opens until 4:30 pm. I went to this saaq yesterday to submit the inspection report at 4:15pm. And they asked me to queue outside the building. So we take it for granted that they would accept me. But after waiting outside for 15 minutes. They told me to leave because they were going to close. Then why did they ask me to wait outside? They should tell me in advance that they would not accept me today so that I could leave without waiting outside cold for 15 minutes!!!! When I went inside to ask why they did that, an old employee and a young employee’s attitude were really impatient and rude. We just wanted to ask why not just told us in advance, but the old employee just ignored us and locked the door and the hound employee talked to us like we were yelling at him. Really bad attitude.

Dear diary... today the SAAQ opened at 9AM. I did not book an appointment today as I do not see the purpose anymore. SAAQ appointments have been a hot commodity these last few months - acquired by those planning multiple weeks in advance. When I arrived a line had already formed. From my past experiences with booking an appointment and waiting in line for an hour, I am barely surprised - it seems I have developed a form of SAAQ-Derived learned helplessness. I wonder how long these brave souls have been waiting before the opening hours? Is this always how it is? Is it a COVID related issue? I am unsure, but I wait.Someone brought a chair - Smart man. It has been an hour since opening and we have moved under the red structure... maybe just maybe we will make it around the corner in the next hour, but your guess is as good as mine.Luckily we have our smartphones to distract us... but who knows how long they will help. For some, like I, this is the first activity of the day. Soon, people will have to use the washroom... they will be thirsty, hungry, restless, and survival will kick in.We're lucky the weather is nice at least. A cool breeze keeps our spirits high.It is now 10:20AM and a few of us have made it to the corner!! Are things picking up? I feel hopeful. But, I can't help but wonder how things are inside. Is there another line? How many counters are being worked by employees? Will their debit machines be broken? It is now 10:32AM, and I have moved towards the doors... it seems the closer I get to them the slower time seems to pass. I am starting to believe that there is another line inside... My curiosity is high, but my spirit is starting to chip away, it seems the graying clouds are an omen for what lies inside. It is 10:53AM now. We have not moved since my last update. This diary is becoming the only thing retaining my sanity. My right arm is heavy from holding my phone up to my face, I have opted to use my left.My drying mouth is signifying my bodies growing need for water, but I shan't as I will accelerate the need for a washroom, and cannot risk it. At what point does this constitue a human rights violation? I am unsure. I stay strong. I stand with my new-found brothers and sisters.Babies are crying, the woman behind me in line mutters some curses and storms in to understand what is going on. Patience is running thin.It is 10:57AM and I am now in front of these time and space bending doors. I am next to go in! My excitment is high, but my body is starting to feel the effects of a 2 hour wait in line... maybe bringing some food would have been a good idea. Rookie mistake.11:07AM I expect my updates to get shorter as my energy is dwindling. We have started to mask our pain and frustration with laughter. It is the only way we will survive this. We will survive.11:15AM We are in!! A little line, but moving much faster. It is only a matter of minutes now, I can feel it! Spirits are reinvigorated, hope is high, and the cool plain interior makes us feel safe. But, the question remains... will their debit machines work?11:36AM I am now at the counter. The lady is very nice. Things are going smoothly!11:43AM I have left the building. I have my new license plate and registration. My car is officially québécois... and of course they didn't have washrooms available for customers. Until next time SAAQ, until next time.Fin.

The place is goodBut today i checked on google its says open. I went there, two horrible ladies sitting in the front at entrance are so Rude. Don’t know how to talk with clients. One notice in English saying “ we accept non appointment client “ other notice in french only. Later i found out its closed for curtains days. Teach to the ladies how to behave. Even they laughing at me while i am getting out from there.
