Came in here to check things out - we just got a new dog so needed some basics. Store has got lots of options which is great. Also has a animal washing station in the back with a dryer too. Also a weighing station for animals

Absolutely loved my first experience there.As I just adopted a Rescue, it was recommended to me to visit Mondou. And I was FAR from displeased. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful.Definitely going back and I will recommend that place to others!

One does not expect anything out of the ordinary to occur when simply stopping by the pet store to pick up food for one's fur baby but it happened today. Being in customer service and knowing full well how difficult it can be at times, I must commend someone on her attention to details, her people skills and for making me smile. Merci Martine.

We doing great merchandise for our small dachshund... It might sound easy but with her proportions it is a very hard task. Super happy with the store!

Started buying dog food about 5 months ago price was 110$ went up to 119$ now today it's 139$. Checked a place 10 minutes away 110$..Definitely not happy

Very helpful, friendly staff. Plenty of products to choose from at competitive prices and the loyalty program offers extra incentive to return, especially if you have a larger dog and spend a lot of money a year on food or other items. If you're living in Gatineau, it's a much shorter drive than to PetSmart in Ottawa.

Excellent pet food store. Amazing online service as well. I get my cat food all the time from them with free delivery within 2 days. Awesome!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager was honest about his product and very knowledgeable and suggested the right stuff for my cats. Not trying to rob me blind into buying something that wouldn't work for me or not be cost effective. Also as a side note I asked some questions to one of the ladies working the floor and she didn't quite know the answer and so she got some help, but then she stuck around so she could learn for next time and I like that. it's always good to learn something new.

We got a cat in March and she is our first pet so we had no idea what we needed and what was nice to have. I walked in to Mondou and they were helpful and friendly. This is the only place I go to buy things for my cat!
