I've used this mechanic a few times. All the times is was difficult to organize with The older fellow behind the counter but all the mechanics were a big help everytime. If you're able to leave your vehicle this shop for an entire day, this is the place to get your stuff done. If youre in a rush, best try another shop

Great service, quick turnaround. All the guys working there are great, and they get things done in a timely manner. My go to shop for anything my vehicle needs

I've not always had luck with finding a good, trustworthy mechanic... But so far I'm impressed! To the point, friendly, honest about what really needs to get done now and what can wait. They're just good people and I'm glad I live nearby!

Service was fairly quick, and they let me schedule at a time convenient for me. But I felt like I wasn't given a lot of information - communication wasn't great. And, none of the employees were wearing a mask. I understand not wearing one out in the shop, where employees are distanced, but this was in the office/waiting room. This was in mid-February when masks were still required.

I can’t thank Matthews Auto enough for your help in fixing my Jeep this week. I’m new to the area and after my truck engine blowing a gasket, I had to have my truck towed to their shop. They did an amazing job finding the problem and fixing it as soon as they could. So friendly and professional, and the price was right! I’m relieved and happy to say I have now found my new Mechanic! Thanks for everything.

Why?---------The owner or one of the workers (Not sure who this person is, but he made me feel the worst when I went in ( mind you, with an appointment). He talked to me as if I were an alien. The most racist approach with passive-aggressive behaviour. He had no intention of taking my business. I am sorry, but no human being should be treated this way. If you don't want to provide service, that is okay, but at least Don't be rude and disrespectful.Not worth it man

I had my winter tires and oil change done here. Called in the morning and the staff was able to fit me in promptly. Reasonably priced and great workmanship.

This place has been my families garage for probably 15+ years . It's hard to find a shop that won't screw you on the price or try to fix something that isn't broken. The owner is a great and fair guy and shop rates are terrific. The mechanics are well trained and they get your vehicle in and out promptly. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else in London area and I reccomend this garage to anyone that is looking to have work done.

Wonderful experience here. The shop came recommended and they did not disappoint. Prices were very reasonable, service was quick and all staff were very friendly.Special thanks to Rory! He was very patient, kind and happy to explain what was going on with my vehicle. He took the time to price out multiple types of tires (his decision, I did not request), which was very helpful. He transparently shared quotes of the entire service, including labour. They also fixed the terrible vibration I was having and my vehicle is running perfectly. March 2020: Issues with the exhaust system so took it back to the team at Matthews Auto. Rory quickly diagnosed my damaged pipes and came up with a custom fix to decrease the need for an expense new part. 1.5 day turnaround and the Camry is driving beautifully. Bill was $215 and was shocked at the great value. Thanks Matthews Auto!March 2018: Had a leaking gas tank on my 2005 Camry and took it to Rory on recommendation. I told them what was wrong and gave them as much information as possible about the issue. The guys were professional and welcoming. Within a day they had given me an approximate cost of the repair and a timeline for the tank replacement part. The part arrived early and they put it on the car, the total turnaround being just under 2 days. They gave a once over on my car and found the oil was incredibly low and changed it with no delay. Thanks for the excellent experience and I have already recommended this shop to my friends.
