The initial assessment of the damage on my car was very fast, as was the repairs themselves!! Everything looks great!However, there was over an 8 month wait to get the car actually into the shop.

The secretary is lovely to deal with, very helpful. They fixed the front bumper on our family car and did a great job of that! I had no idea interior detailing was part of their service, but wow. That poor detailer scraped MONTHS of dog hair and goldfish crackers from the seats and floor. We essentially got a brand new car back! I don’t know what they’re paying their detailer, but they deserve a raise. Great service all around!

I’ve had two of my vehicles to Central Autobody and they have been nothing short of perfect. They are courteous and absolutely professional, the work done is flawless, and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. This last time they went to bat for me with the insurance company and managed to convince them not to write off an older vehicle that I am somewhat sentimentally attached to, and for that alone I am eternally grateful. Terrific staff, excellent work. Can’t ask for more than that.
