This is the worst insurance provider in the country. Paid over $600 for custom orthotics, and they want to wait the 6 weeks it take for them to be made, arraive, and out placed on my feet before they consider paying for it? It is in my policy, but even if they would just deny the dam thing, my secondary provider PBC (1000 times better than this company! would reimburse me instantly! One of the most ridiculous things I have heard. Never get coverage from here, and if you are an employer unless you hate your employees, go somewhere else!

Awful to deal with. Take forever to get back to you. Have had several bad experiences trying to get my claims processed. Way more stressful than it should be. Do not use this company if you can help it!

This is a complete and utter mess of a company to deal with. My advisor is always so flustured, anxious and eccentric to the point I cannot get my questions answered - because she mumbles about herself most of the time. There is no set plan and I was actually told that I can pay any amount I want for my life insurance with no set coverage amount provided. To prominently illustrated how archaic this place is, they have NO online presence. You can not see your account online because they do not have that capability. They still use paper mail.They also have been closed since March 2020 to their paying clients. You do realize that this shows they are completely incompetent at coming up with a plan and actioning it because they cannot even handle this pandemic while other businesses have been open all this time.

The terms 'lazy' and 'inept' come to mind describing 'Financial Advisor', Wesley Yang based in this office. Dereliction of duty regards my holdings is an understatement. Has no desire or concept of service. Does not return calls, does not reply to texts/emails. Is outrageously unprofessional. His communications were 3-5 words long with no substance when he did communicate. The worst financial & Life Insurance experiences I've ever had.

Tiffany Liu is a very good advisor. I am very happy with my life insurance policy (i've had it for 7 years)

How are you guys still in business with technology you guys provide and the customer service are beyond me! Shame an all the corps support this system as well..
