Fabulous job by green heating and air. I am super happy with the services. We had no heat and i called them for emergency service, hassan came by himself in an hour at 8 o clock in the evening and he repaired my furnace.They are super professional , this is my second very good experience with them. Thank you so much green heating team!!!!

Hassan is amazing. We have a new build home with a heating system that is terrible. We had an issue and called Hassan who came to fix the issue. While fixing the pump, he told us how terrible the system we had was. He recommended getting a new system. My husband and I agreed. Hassan installed the unit and was a 100% correct. My house is 100% warmer, the hot water is so hot. He is a man who knows exactly what he is talking about. Please listen to him and trust him you won't be making a mistake.It is now 7 15pm and Hassan just called me to check if we are happy and how the system is running. Amazing customer service. We have a radiator heating system in our home. It broke on us last night. We contacted Green Heating and Air around 8pm and we spoke with Hassan immediately.He came by within the hour and started work that night. He came back at 7am today and replaced our old water tank and old boiler (25 years old) with this super efficient Viessmann boiler!He is super efficient, clean, polite and professional. We'd be more than happy to recommend him to others!

Christmas Eve and our furnace decided to take a holiday. Phoned Green Heating and Air and the technician was here in 20 mins. He completed a repair but warned that we may need a new circuit board. Sure enough the furnace shut down again and when we called back they confirmed they had a board and could install it after midnight. Exactly at midnight our doorbell rang, the circuit board was replaced and we’ve been warm and toasty ever since. Thank you for going above and beyond on Christmas Eve. 100% recommend this company which truly provides 24 hour emergency services.

Wow so impressed at how quickly the team at Green Heating & Air responded. We had our heating breakdown one evening and in the middle of winter, it’s never fun sitting in the cold. They arrived early the next morning and was able to fix the issue with our boiler and tank immediately. They were transparent about the price and process, and what products they needed to purchase.Would definitely call them again if we ever need a routine maintenance or fix.

Review of March 2023: The below mentioned heat pump, installed last year during a heat wave stopped emitting heat last weekend. On Sunday, we received a call back and on Monday a technician was on site to investigate the pump failure. By Wednesday the new part was ordered and installed and everything works perfectly again. Three visits, parts and labour were all covered under the warranty! We were impressed by the professional and speedy handling of the repair and can highly recommend this company.Review pf 2022: Our 26 year old heat pump died two weeks ago during a heatwave. After three quotes - all in the same price range - we chose Green Heating and Air Inc. One company gave no warranty on labour, the other was a bit arrogant in their response to follow up questions in an email, but Hassan, the owner of Green Heating and Air was very flexible, had a great warranty on parts and labour and scheduled the new installation immediately. His installers Martin and Milad were professional, knowledgeable and paid attention not to damage anything in the building and our condo. In addition, they handled a confrontation with one of the concierges very diplomatically. The unit was most difficult to install, as the 1.5 tonne heat pump had to be lifted into a closet ceiling and then adjusted. It took three service calls to finally get a handle on the condensation that stopped the cooling process. Hassan was VERY responsive, answered the phone at all hours of the day and evening and scheduled the service calls for the next day each time. Now everything functions properly and we have cool air for the start of the new heat wave today. My husband and I really appreciated the patience and care of the whole team and would, without hesitation, recommend this company warmly for their price, warranty and service. I very highly recommend Green Heating and Air. The service they delivered was timely, professional and reasonably priced. Our boiler broke down over Christmas and they responded to our emergency pleas quickly and saved the day. They were in and out in a few hours. They installed a new boiler and were incredibly knowledgeable about boiler systems in general and rebates that are available.

Today was my initial appointment with Green Heating and Air. The person that came for my seasonal maintenance was knowledgeable enough to answer my questions and he addressed all of my concerns. I now have peace of mind. We'll be in touch next year. Thank you for all you do.

If you think great customer service is a thing of the past, then you have not worked with Hassan and the team at Green Heating and Air Inc. They did outstanding work in installing a new AC and air handler system in a very tight furnace room serving four floors. The project was done on time with no budget surprises and after installation follow up was something you rarely experience today. Cannot say enough positive things about our experience.

Hassan came to my house in Toronto beach area for estimate on new a duct & hvac system. I told him my maximum budget, he suggested I get no permit for the work, that is illegal. Converting oil tank to natural gas and installing new duct system , removing oil tank and radiators all need permits and proper hvac drawings. He gave me an estimate that fitted my budget without permit, he took my $3000 deposit without providing any service to my property and he is holding my deposit for the last 3 months. After speaking with the city and a couple of professionals I have decided to get the HVAC drawings and follow the rules with permit. As soon as he heard that we have a proper HVAC drawings and we are going with the permit he raised his price to double the previous quote. I have disagreed with his new quotation and asked he returns my deposit, however he’s not returning it back. I gave him an ultimatum to return my deposit in full or I will take a legal actions against him. It is illegal to take a deposit from people without providing them services, having a signed contract and it’s absolutely illegal to suggest people to do work without a permit. I am still waiting for the return of my $3000 deposit. I have requested the return of my deposit several times however Hassan and his office are ignoring my request.
