The receptionists all could use some help on their customer service. Over the phone and in person they are just rude and uncaring. The wait times are unreasonable. On the positive, the nursing team were some of the most amazing people ever. We dealt with 2 nurses and I wish I could remember their names but they were just absolutely lovely human beings.

The service is horrible. The secretaries schedule every appointment for the same time and fill the waiting room, and make every customer wait at least an hour for service.

Receptionists were pleasant and patient. Wait time was reasonable considering the services that are provided. The Dr was kind and informative.

Had to have all wisdom teeth removed. Office was professional. Dr. Fenwick was very thorough and explained everything as we went. Would definitely recommend

Unfortunately, I did not have the great experience many of my fellow reviewers did. I saw a dentist in Cobourg (where I live), due to a concern regarding my gums. I was told they were not prepared to do anything but they would refer me to this location in Whitby to have a biopsy done. We drove over an hour the day after a snowstorm to Whitby, and after filling out a lot of needless paperwork, I met with the doctor. As she read my paper work, she placed her instrument back on the table and told me my mouth looks fantastic. Since this difference between holding the instrument and my mouth suddenly looking fantastic occurred while she read my responses, including to vaccinations, I can only come to one conclusion: one of my answers was not acceptable" and therefore I would not be helped. Then I had to pay $62 above and beyond the same code my insurance company used. This place is a scam altogether - unless you belong to the vaxx cult. Then they might help you."

Went today and got 3 wisdom teeth removed. The nurses here are amazing! The establishment is all very well kept and professional. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality, Nurse Katherine!Adam

Really nice staff. Dr. Fenwick was very professional. I was really nervous before but everything went great. They had great follow up after as well.
