Melissa helped me and my partner with getting minutes and was very friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. Haven’t been to a fabutan in forever and I would totally reccomend to all my friends and fam! Thanks for the help girl.

LAZY STAFF on the night of March 9th 2023(and whenever else they work).I’ve been tanning here a number of times. Tonight I showed up at door at 7:37 pm and the door was locked (they close at 8:00 on Thursdays). I know it was 7:37 because I was momentarily confused and check to see what time it was. When I tapped on the glass to question this I was told that they stop letting people in 30 min. before closing. The funny (not so funny thing) is that they were on their way out. So that means they would have shut things down prior to when I arrived in order to be leaving when I arrived.This was a first for me and obviously a hassle, having to drive all the way down for nothing.I’ll have to switch my patronage to the Kensington location now. Hopefully they’re more reliable than this location.What’s worse is that there was a new staff member being trained in this manner. The trainer was also rather rude in this interaction as well. No respect for people’s time. Unbelievable.

These are the WORST lashes. First of all, my technician showed up late. Which was super frustrating because I came right from work. So we were an hour behind. Then I showed her a picture of what I wanted she said great no problem. The whole process took 3 hours when I should have taken an 1 and a half tops. She then told me to come back the next day so she could finish and fix it.I couldn’t bring myself to come because I just had such a horrible experience. I wanted a relaxing experience, but she wouldn’t stop talking about her “baby daddy” and all the drama, and I was just so uncomfortable.I paid 140 for something I absolutely hate and I’m so disappointed. I’m a single mother and this was supposed to be my “me” time. But I’m left with awful lashes & im debating just taking them off.Do not go here. Stay far away.My lash tech was camila & I do not recommend.

Staff is absolutely lovely, always super upbeat & sweet. The studio is always neat and tidy, always fresh towels. All the girls are super amazing! Love it here

My first ever time tanning and had such a wonderful experience! Every staff I’ve met has been so friendly and they’re always so accommodating and knowledgeable. Absolutely love tanning here and highly recommend !

Booked a spray tan. Got there and was told there was no record of my profile even though I had been one week before and I had the email confirmation for the current appointment. The lady at the desk was super nice and apologetic and so this is not on her. Sounds like bad systems. However, I was stood there for THIRTY minutes while she tried to figure it out including texting her manager. Eventually couldn’t figure it out and so I left with no spray tan.I thought someone would follow up to try and fix it but they didn’t. I would not recommend this place for a spray tan if their email confirmations are meaningless.

My absolute fave place to go for sprays moved here a few years ago and won’t go to any other location now. I have such a busy schedule and are always accommodating.

I was absolutely amazed at the kindness Northmount has shown to me Brooke was the first person I met there she has treated me with the utmost respect and I have only been there twice December 29 and 30 2022.She deserves the utmost praise I have never been shown so much respect and also I would like to Thank Joycelyn she is alsovery kind and courteous and helped me in several ways.So Thank You to these two beautiful woman I will be more than happy to go back there every time!!!And I do not live anywhere close to that vicinity.Sincerely
