Great studio and lovely people! It is a little small but the prices are very fair. You can do both montly unlimited passes and punch passes so they can cater to almost anyone's schedule.I will definately be a regular!

Great facility to practice yoga! Our instructor was very knowledgeable and she ran a great class consisting of yoga, tai chi, and pilates, with great flow and transitions! I have been practicing yoga for a while now and found this to be a very nice twist on the traditional!

This is a great facility with a very knowledgeable and caring owner. There is a variety of classes to choose from and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I love taking yoga and fitness classes here and I highly recommend it.
