I asked for a glass of warm water, and the glass that came up carried someone else's lipstick mark. With just a simple sorry？Although I ended up with a mandatory 18% tip, I don't think she deserved it.We both reserved our seats in advance. We selected the birthday in occasion, but did not get any expressions or even a simple sentence of blessing, I do not understand what is the significance of setting this optional?One star is for the food

Me & my wife were here the other night and this Omakase was the best sushi experience that I have been to in London! The cheff who took care our dinner was a true master and artist of his craft. We were able to see every small details and the care that goes to each pieces from the cheff. Server was very friendly and helpful as well, top notch like the food!

Wonderful calm atmosphere with nice music, and a large menu on a tablet. Love the open concept. Very high food quality and as you can see, presentation is on point. Delicious. I will be returning here!

We finally have an Omakase Sushi place in London that feels authentic! The experience that we had was nothing short of excellent. The set course meal had great variety and we were left extremely satisfied. Nothing like having the sushi masters explain how each fish was prepared while being in food haven. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Will definitely be going back sooner than later.

What a wonderful and unique experience that everyone must try at least once in their lifetime!Every single piece of food was exceptional as well as their incredible service. Chef Min and staff are experts in their field with great personalities to match! Omakase is priced very reasonably for such high quality ingredients.Ambience and decor was also very nice, cozy, and modern. They also have bar seating and booths/dining tables that fit for individuals, couples, or large groups. Highly recommend the omakase for special occasions, date night dinner, or a nice treat to yourself :)

Had the Omakase dining experience at the sushi bar and these guys are the real deal!Incredible full experience- the entertainment and skill of the chefs, precision and flavors of the dishes and the service was phenomenal. This place isn't just great sushi, it's the full dining experience and a must have for anyone who loves sushi and good food.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that ichiban was replaced with this restaurant. The food was great, service was good, and atmosphere was very nice as well. It was giving casual fine dinning - and the prices reflect that! It fills a niche that London needed. Highly recommend the shrimp tempura and Maki sets. The sashimi sampler was a bit pricy for what it was. Perhaps a bit too fancy and expensive for a casual lunch but a great place for date night. Will definitely come back to try the omakase!

Could give six stars if I could. Chef Lee is truly an artist. We got the fixed price menu, and what an amazing two hours we had. Everything was fresh, made with expertise, and had me filled by the end. Service was impeccable. Truly unique in the SW Ontario area. Glad London finally got an omakase restaurant.

Finally an Omakase restaurant in London. BEST sushi I’ve had in a long time! Awesome service, great atmosphere and incredible Omakase course! Definitely worth coming here for date night!
