Roads are atrocious. Snow doesn't get cleared unless you ask. Security gates are always broken and the maintenance fees are sky high. Things will have to change for me to spend my retirement there.

Wilmot Creek is an adult gated community for residents 55 and older. You own your home but pay a land lease for the property it sits on. Typical lot sizes are 100 x 50 feet.There are maintenance fees which include your portion of property taxes, water supply and numerous activities including a 9-hole par three golf course with ding through the community.One need never be bored with all that is offered.
