Fix Auto Cambridge repaired my rear bumper and did an amazing job, looks like new. Excellent service, I was well taken care of and everything was done in a very timely manner.

Highly recommend for auto repairs! I was recommended a few places from insurance and chose this one. First experience, Cheryl at front desk - is the sweetest lady, informs on details and great customer experience.Dropping off my car was well organized and little to no wait time. Picking up my car, went through a full review and repairs were outstanding. They even did an interior clean.Thank you for a great experience from an unfortunate situation. 5 stars!!!

I would have given this business a 4.5 if it was possible for only one reason which was initial contact with the company was slow and while they contacted me via text, did not reply to a few texts I sent them.Having said that, once things got rolling, the office staff were great, the time they kept my car for, and the body work repair itself was excellent!This was an insurance claim and I had rental car coverage and the staff at Fix Auto took care of communications with the rental company which, in my opinion, was above and beyond the service I anticipated.

Extremely rude short at service counter (Casandra or Cheryl not sure) insurance repair was botched photo bassed estimate?Missed the trunk lid paint and dent had to reschedule car back in with rental.Listened to reception full out battle with customers about repairs ! Went to leave andthen I noticed the bumper was not attached. Missing screws, clips on the underside.Be sure to check over your repairs before you leave the lot.Manager / Estimate guy was helpful and apologetic. Otherwise0 star. So far still need to take it back and have trunk painted.Well, back a month later. Paint looks OK with the exception of some Fish eyes in paint and doesn’t match the rest of the car. Exactly because of age partly. Two rude girls looks like they got fired and there’s a real nice lady there however, I would never ever take my car to be repaired a Fix Auto

I could not recommend this Fix Auto less.My vehicle repair was delayed 4 separate times and took twice the amount of time they originally stated. Honestly, the amount of time it took wasn't the problem. The problem was that I was given 5 different completion dates as they continually pushed the date by just one week.I rented a car while my vehicle was being repaired as my insurance company covered a certain number of days. Unfortunately because of all the 1-week delays the car rental ended up costing me $1400. If I was given realistic dates at any point, I could've made other arrangements. When I brought this up and asked about the delays they said it happens all the time so I shouldn't be upset.Then after all of that, I get in my car and there is a blinking indicator on the dash that needs to be looked at by a professional. So not only did they take way longer than expected, they have terrible communication, and they didn't even do a good job on the repair by not addressing an issue that would be impossible to miss.Terrible experience. Do not bring your vehicle here.

Great service. The two ladies at the desk are very professional and efficient. Got my car back within a week. They setup a rental for me and took care of the repairs. Really appreciated the light cleaning job inside the car with the washed car mats and the drink tray wiped out. Thanks for the great service!

We have had very positive experiences here. He took care of our little Toyota Carolla and did a great colour blend. The car looked better after they painted it than a week before the collision.

I was hit by an unlicensed teen and had my mirror smoked off and paint damage (chips & scratches) on my 2021 Corolla and although there is a parts shortage for vehicles right now, the wait was so worth it!!! Within 10 days my vehicle looked as new as when I got it. I don’t know if I left it clean but when I got in it at pickup, it smelt good inside and everything was spotless!! The paint looked fresh out of the factory and my mirror works as good as new. Extremely happy with the results and if anything happens in the future I will definitely want to come here. I am so glad to have my car back. Great friendly staff and updates on your vehicle frequently. Thank you so much Fix Auto for the outstanding work done to my car. I appreciate it!!

Very friendly staff (even when short of pens). Repair work looks amazing. Close out process left me with an unsatisfactory feeling but my insurance adjuster fixed things so I left with a positive feeling. So I will return again if I need their services again.

Fix Auto did an amazing job on my vehicle! The repairs were quick, great communication and friendly customer service, and they were very transparent about the repairs. I would 100% recommend.
