Clarity Property Maintenance staff did a great job at my Mother's house. Anton came and checked on the property prior to work starting and returned once staff finished. Staff were courteous, professional and did a great job. So nice to have honest workmen around when dealing with our elders who often are most vulnerable. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!!

Antonn (Sales Manager) knocked on our door and was super friendly and accomodating. We usually do not entertain solicitors but he was super professional, friendly, not pushy and to the point. We had a quote within a few minutes and the team was onsite and working shortly thereafter. We met the entire team (including Greg the Owner) and we were met with the same level of customer service/experience throughout the entire transaction - did I mention that they do great work? The job was completed to our satisfaction, we were shown every inch of the job prior to payment and we cannot say enough great things about this small business. Keep up the great work you guys!! Greg the owner seen that our gutters and roof needed cleaning.We agreed to a price. I'm on a budget and he worked to a price I was comfortable with.Greg and his three workers I found are trustworthy and aim to please.Net result I'm a happy customer.Gutters cleaned inside & out & roof no longer has moss which had formed in certain areas.I recommend this company.God Bless you & your loved ones. Well what a lovely surprise Clarity Property Maintenance was! Greg showed up at our door, and normally we definitely don't hire people at the door...but our gutters were desperate for attention.He offered us a nice Christmas discount (which we so appreciate!) and started work almost immediately, after we checked out his WCB and everything was good.The gutters look practically brand new on our 30 year old house! I was completely blown away by what a great job Greg and Aaron (?) did. I will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend to others. Thanks fellas!

I have not seen the pictures before and after as it was promised. All the gutters, windows, patio etc. got dirty so now they have to be cleaned as well, but the worst part is that the roof is still not clean at least in places where I can see it, and for all that I paid around $100/hour.Never again.

The team from clarity maintenance came to do gutter cleaning and moss control on our roof. Very attentive and showed alot of care for the project. Even came back for final touches. Greg and Cameron are very professional and we were very satisfied with the work. Will use again!

I just hired reliable pressure washing to clean the exterior of my house, and I am extremely satisfied with their services. They arrived on time and used high-quality equipment to effectively remove dirt, grime, and mold from various surfaces. My house now looks brand new, and the results exceeded my expectations. Greg did a good job cleaning the sideing, was polite and courtious, was very impressed with his work ethic. Will use him again when its needed.

Cam (co-owner) claimed they would do a professional job, provide before and after pictures, clean up, warranty etc.. He was persuasive. They charge about double what others charge and said it was because they do the job right and better. Says it'll take about 5 hours of work. That seemed fair that would be $100 and hour and a $25 tip. He claimed the other guys just use a wire brush on a stick and it wrecks your shingles. That is exactly what they did! The he and other guy left and ppout one guy on the roof by himself for about 2 hours. Cam came back toward the end and rushed around. They only worked 3.5 hours so shorted me 2 hours of work. What I got was a large mess, moss all over the place, balcony filthy, a/c condenser covered in dirt and moss, north side of house and neighbors house littered with dirt and moss. BBQ was covered in dirt/moss. Our neighbors deck was littered with moss. They cleaned" the south side of the house when I pointed out the mess saying "they know" and had not started clean up yet. and their solution is to blow the dirt and moss all over the place instead of removing it with a vacuum or broom. The gutters we can see without going onto the roof are full of dirt and moss so I doubt that they cleaned the gutters at all. No before pictures and he promised to send the after pictures on his way home. NEVER GOT THEM! Shouldn't have paid them
