Ramen Misoya Edmonton
Service is great, took a little while but it didn't disappoint so it was worth. Busy on lunch and I'm sure dinner service will be as well.. One of the best in Edmonton. Won't be disappointed. An updated review: Misoya Ramen is a fantastic restaurant with great ramen dishes, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent service. It's always a good sign when a restaurant has standout dishes, and in this case, Misoya Ramen's silver shiro ramen is particularly noteworthy. Additionally, having a clean restaurant with nice decor can contribute to an enjoyable dining experience.Perhaps one of the most important aspects of any dining experience is the service, and Misoya Ramen excels in this area. Friendly servers make the experience great and you can take your coworker or your wife for for a lunch date as the place is gorgeous. It makes a big difference in the overall experience of dining at a restaurant.TLDR; Overall, Misoya Ramen is a great option for anyone looking for delicious ramen in a pleasant atmosphere with excellent service. Its probably close to authentic as I can't say since I've never been to Japan but I'm sure the flavors are spot on comparable.

The place itself looked so nice and clean, it has a great vibe to the interior. For the food i’m giving it a 4 star as there was a bit of an off smell to the pork on the ramen I ordered, which was Gold Kome Ramen but the broth was good and the size was big for $13.75! 2 of my friends ordered Deluxe Ramen and yea they were huge we all did take out on our ramens. We also had starters which was the sweet potato fries, I highly recommend this one. It was crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside and tasted great with the mild spicy sauce. We had Chicken Karaage as well, there was 7 small-ish sized pieces for around $10, it was pretty tasty but a bit pricey for the size and amount. Now on to the service I would give it a 4 because we ordered at 4:00pm and got our food at 4:45 so it was quite a long wait for 5 Ramens. I gotta say they were busy preparing Online orders though so maybe that’s why it took long to get our food. All in all I would come back to this place, super yummy starters and huge bowls for Ramen!

I dig this little Ramen shop on 104st. Located on 104st and buried in a street of so many other dining establishments.Ramen Misoya has a fairly large ramen and Japanese food selection. The menu separates it's ramen into the Gold menu and the Silver menu and has several different options from the Volcano (spicy or extra spicy), curry katsu ramen, regular miso and varying other options. There is a ramen for everyone but Ramen Misoya also has the regular other favorites like gyoza, edamame and kara-age. There are also vegetarian options for ramen, which is great cause my partner is a vegetarian and we have found many other ramen shops don't tend to have a lot for him.Other really great things about Ramen Misoya:* Stamp cards - 5 stamps equals a free pop and 10 stamps equals a free ramen* Open late - or at least later than other ramen shops. Ramen Misoya is open till 10pm Mon-Sat and till 9pm on Sunday. This is great for those late night eaters. This has become my new go to late-night ramen shop and it should be yours too!

3.5/5. Tan tan delux ramen review: average. Chasiu: medium sliced, tough meat / lacking tenderness, borderline freshness. Thick noodles done right. Egg: not marinated enough. Variety of ingredients (saffron!) salvage the dish. Broth: decent. Service: good. Chicken karaage: average, lingering taste of oil. Takoyaki: average. Environment: fail, not put together well.

Great Japanese restaurant. Ramen tasted great. Broth was on point and noodles not mushy. Friendly service. Yakitori tasted amazing. Lots of stuff to choose on menu. Decent and clean interior. Would come back when in area. Highly recommend. Cheers

Misoya Ramen is a life saver for me. Granted, there are higher quality ramen establishments in Edmonton but many of those close their doors mid day when their stock runs out. Misoya is open late so you can always count on them for dinner or for a late night craving. The ramen is delicious. For most of us, we cannot differentiate quality as some ramen connoisseurs. But the food is very good if you just want quality food. The space is warm and has lots of character. And the service is always great and friendly. The front line staff is always eager to walk you through the menu and the varying options. With your order, they are also able to make all sorts of adjustments to cater to your tastes. The only concern is parking. Misoya is in the heart of downtown on the busy revitalized 104 Street. It's sometimes impossible to find parking anywhere near. Just be cautious of any concerts or hockey games going on at Rogers Place down the road on a night when you want to visit.

This place turned out to be a great surprise. Edmonton doesn't have many places for good ramen, so I never thought of giving this place a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Most ramen places only give you 2 pieces of cha siu and call it a day. My bowl has 3 and they were all thick cut. The tonkatsu ramen has good flavor. It is probably on the pricier side for ramen, but I would say it is well worth the small premium.

The advertising on the website made it look absolutely delicious! My boyfriend and I went there and it was quite underwhelming. My broth wasn't all that flavourful and the dumplings tasted store bought. But I thoroughly enjoyed my ramen egg and my pork bun was super yummy as well! Would also recommend the pork chatsu!

Amazing, authentic & full of flavor.Ramen was a filling portion with lots of topping choices. Noodles had a great bite to them. The both was perfectly salted and full of flavor, Umami.Service was prompt & friendly. The aroma of the room and flavor of the soup will have you forget that you are in Edmonton.
