Menchies Frozen Yogurt
Friendly and helpful service in a clean and pleasing environment. To those who have critiqued Menchie's for being on the pricier side, the choice is up to you in terms of how much you fill the cup as prices are based on weight. I found that my order was comparable to what used to be offered at the now defunct Marble Slab Creamery that was operating at the Grandview Corners side that houses Best Buy and Walmart.

Ordered frozen yogurt cake here for a birthday. Clean store, helpful staff and they even accommodated our request to get our order an hour earlier before the store opening. Thanks for the wonderful experience! I would recommend this store for their frozen yoghurt cake. They have various selections!

Menchies Frozen Yogurt
Tipping is out of control. Here at Menchies, you do all the work. Pick up your container and fill her up with frozen yogurt and toppings and place on a scale. The cashier then tells you the cost, which is exorbitant. For just telling you the cost, they want a tip. Yes, i know there's always a way to not tip but just the fact that they would ask for a tip for full self serve shows a lack of class. Pay your staff a living wage!

First time having Menchies and fell in love. Mixed the original with Reese's peanut butter and Oreo. Then topped with skor bits, Oreo crumble, and Reese's Pieces and Carmel drizzle. So good.

Menchies Frozen Yogurt
I went to this location a few days ago. The frozen yogurt was okay but the gummies were old and very hard. I don't know how often they replenish their toppings but it was gross. The total for 3 cups came to $60 plus but it was not fresh.I would not recommend this location:-(

Menchies Frozen Yogurt
Love the fact that they are open till 10.00 p.m at The Shops at Morgan Creek, as I live at a walking distance and there is hardly anything else closeby that is open a little later in the evening. I like most of their flavors. The outlet is neat and clean and the staff is also nice. Thank you Team Menchies; keep up the good work!

Staff are always niceNeed to bring back more good flavours like lemon/lime, raspberry etc. They taste deliciousMost of the time it’s the same boring flavours but chocolate and strawberry tastes good.It’s a bit pricy.The toppings aren’t fresh.

Menchies Frozen Yogurt
The past two times we have ordered from this particular menchies in Morgan Crossing. They have gotten the flavors wrong, the toppings wrong, and also put the toppings on the yogurt when instructed not to.
