Excellent customer service, perfect clean! Absolutely recommended River Maid to anyone!

We've been using River Maid for our home for nearly a year. The service is second to none. First, River Maid is very reliable and conscientious. Life happens which sometimes can result is suddenly being unavailable at the designated timeslot. Rather than outright canceling, River Maid always works with us to find a replacement time that suits our busy schedule. Second, River Maid has a high integrity. We have had cleaning services for well over 20 years and we've noticed that many companies tend to pad their time. As they become more efficient, it takes less time for them to clean the home but they bill the same amount. This is not the case with River Maid. If the job is finished 30 minutes sooner, that savings is passed on the customer. This is rare and greatly appreciated. Third, the quality of the work is excellent. After River Maid has been through the house, it is spotless and smells fantastic. I would recommend River Maid to anyone!

Anne is amazing! She always arrives on time and can accommodate with us working from home and having our big dog around while she is here. Our house is well taken care of and I would recommend her services without hesitation.
