Southern Lights

Installed permanent exterior Christmas lighting and we are very pleased with the result, their quote, and their customer service. So much better than hanging lights!

Had Gemstone Lights installed in 2018. We experienced problems with the early version of the Wi-Fi controller timers. Since they updated us to the hub system this fall and they have worked very well. Most importantly, when we have had any trouble whether it was Gemstone controls, app errors or our own programming issues, the staff at Southern Lights have been very helpful, quickly responding to any problems. Had also contacted Gemstone support in the past and they were also very helpful. We had a controller not responding two days before Christmas, I called Southern Lights, JB did what he could over the phone and then decided to come to our house to further troubleshoot and fully get our system going. Truly outstanding customer service! Thank you to an excellent dealer for the best lights on the market.

Gemstone Lights are amazing! The whole process was great. I contacted them and they responded quickly. They brought a sample for us to look at and showed us they worked using the app. The install didn’t take long. Jordon was great taking the time to show me how to create new designs and answered all my questions. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we love the lights! The best part is we never have to take down or put lights ever again!
