Extremely easy shopping experience! Service was professional and friendly, with loads of knowledge. The owners are brother and sister, it was their dad’s store so they’ve worked their all their lives and have amazing staff! The selection of lights is huge and it’s laid out in such way that it’s easy to wander and take it in, or go directly to the fixture you want to see. The prices are great! A surprise was all the nice artwork and accessories they carry, charming throw pillows, decorative hooks for keys or leashes, door mats. Nice touches everywhere you worked. Free parking spots on site for customers ease!

Terrible customer experience. We had an expensive light picked out and were ready to pay, but the woman working the front desk was rude and discourteous, so we did not buy the light and left the store.*Replying to owner's comment: I do not have the wrong store. Front desk = cash register. When entering the store, the desk is on the left side, ~20 feet from door, and close to parking lot. I will refrain from naming and descending the sales woman

Great service help me as soon as I walked in the door bought my light fixture in 5 min it. The lady was pleasant help me picked and match the decor perfectly.

Owners were so patient and knowledgable in helping us pick out a chandelier. Overall great selection as well, with other beautiful home decor pieces!

Exemplary customer service. Randy helped me tremendously in figuring out an issue with a lighting fixture. Then he came up with a creative solution to my problem that left me with a repaired and improved lighting fixture at a bargain price. You don't get help like this at a big box store! Bravo!

RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS!We will NEVER support this retailer again.As a small business owner of 25 years, we realize that mistakes will occasionally happen - It’s the way you handle those errors that differentiates the small “player” from the mass merchant and leads to continued local support.Two matching fixtures were purchased and supplied by Fashion Lighting staff - When the electrician installed them he realized that there was a difference in the two home-front outdoor fixtures.When the error was pointed out to Fashion Lighting, they immediately felt the need to verify the error with their surveillance system, which they did, and yet treated the error in a very personal fashion - This could have been handled much differently as we were prepared, and DID pay the difference to order the correct light fixture.After waiting ten days for the replacement Paula was rude, disrespectful, and indignant - she should clearly NOT be the “front line” and dealing with the general public - At one point she actually hung up during our conversation as a child would do after threatening that the conversation was being recorded … Nothing was said that was of a problematic nature, but I’m not sure this is legal?She showed complete disregard to us as customers and was more interested in the efforts and challenges she would have to undertake to “correct” a clear error.After our interaction with her we can completely understand why a customer would simply drive to a large box store and purchase there instead.They did not allow us to return the incorrect item as we did not have the original box - We simply ate those costs so as to avoid any further confrontation.We did however cancel the “special order “ and opted to support another small business who provided the light that we should have received the first time in a timely “fashion”.For the record, the other two employees were professional in the way they handled the refund of the cancelled special order.Be prepared for a confrontation with this establishment if things go awry.We simply wanted to share our experience as we believe it will and should make a difference in your buying decision.

We recently bought 2 light fixtures.The second one, bought on clearance, had an issue, one of the screws was stripped. Today I went to the store to get advice about how to fix this. The sales person immediately told me that I caused the issue because I took the screws out, and he was rude. My intention was never to return the fixture but to get the screw issue addressed. The screws are in it for a reason, to take the light apart so we could hang it! The service guy completely understood the problem. He gave me 2 new screws, the fixture is now hanging and we love it! Thanks a lot!As for Mr. Sales Person: Less talking, more listening! You want customers to come back, right?

Great store, I always shop here. I purchased a floor lamp for my living room and when I got home it was the wrong colour for my room. Returned it the next day and had no problem exchanging it for a darker finish. Paula, the lady at the store was so helpful. I Love this store.
