We stayed here as part of a group-BHRO. The rooms were immaculate. Plenty of towels. The kitchen really came in handy. Plenty of outside space for our dogs. We will stay here again.

Great place to stay during the summer---bear in mind this is a college campus so it's not going to be as quiet as some places but all in all totally worth the price and the staff are really nice & accommodating.The rooms have 2 seperate bedrooms and a kitchen area with sink & microwave, ideal if you're travelling with a friend , kids or even 2 couples.Being a school, you do have to smoke/vape off the property, but not a big deal.I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Hamilton, cheaper than the mid range hotels and just as nice, really. Lots of food options fairly close, if you don't drive maybe bring a bike...also bonus points for having a bike lockup & laundry facilities!

What a great place to stay!!! big rooms with fully function kitchen and shower. located in nice and quite place who love uninterrupted sleep. close to downtown and airport for easy commute. One can not get a better deal than Residence & Conference Centre-Hamilton. rooms(especially Bedding) and shower was really clean."

Really it is a college dorm. Rooms are rented during summer break. As negative as that sounds it is still an inexpensive alternative to the sky high prices of chain motels. Rooms were clean and staff was excellent at meeting our needs.Unless you like paying more for a bed a shower and tv this has all of the same for less money.

I am so pleased that I found this place. The staff are so nice, the rooms are great. I have just moved into Canada and Hamilton for the first time and believe me, this place made it feel like home. A big shout out to Vera, Shane and Sydney for their support to me and my kids. A million questions by me were answered a million times. I am so grateful to you all. Thank you for your awesome hospitality.

I have stayed here many times for the Ride to Conquer Cancer event. Super affordable and great staff. My room was right at the roof where the fan for the AC was, so for that I dropped a star as I am a light sleeper. They tried to accomodate a switch for me but the Residence was completely booked.I will stay there again next year.CH

Room was neat and tidy, anything you needed was there. The a/c was on a little high but blanket off the second bed solved that problem .

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a great choice overall. The location was excellent, and the hotel itself provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. However, one downside was the lack of kitchen utensils. I was only given two plastic cups, which made basic tasks like warming up water challenging. Despite this, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the overall experience was positive. I recommend this hotel, with the hope that they address the issue with the kitchen utensils for future guests' convenience.

We are a large dance group and this was our 3rd year staying at the Hamilton Residence and Conference Centre (first time returning after 4 years due to the pandemic). The location, room set up and price are just what we need, and the service was fantastic. Tamara and Mariajose were very kind and helpful, and Vera was just incredible. She remembered us and our needs from previous years, even remembered the size of our group. She was a great communicator, respectful, patient and accommodating. Big thanks to the team and we look forward to returning next year!

While it is college dorms most of the year, they are utilized as rentals during summer break.Very clean and awesomely quiet.
