Dr. Kate Collins and administration staff at the clinic were phenomenal. During my procedural period I could not have asked for better caring and professional personnel. Over and above during pre and post surgical care.

I was seeing Dr Leon for 2 years and he came to a conclusion that I needed a procedure to help me alleviate my symptoms but then he had decided to retire. He referred me to Dr.Baxter 2 years ago in June. She then literally brushed me off 3x in separate appointments approx 8-10 months apart. She then last year told me that she had wanted to give me an IUD. I expressed several times that I did not want this and she appeared aloof and very dismissive to my needs. She then insisted I get ANOTHER ultrasound to confirm the procedure that Dr Leon had prescribed. And that took another 3 months. The office nor the doctor called me back for 4 months after that. So it’s been 2 years and I still need the procedure and I refuse to see this person again when she clearly doesn’t care one bit. Terrible bedside manner with this Doctor who will speak to you like you’re an imbecile. Even if you have a high education with a medical background.

I was referred by a kgh emerg doctor and was told an OB would follow up with me within a day or so as it was time sensitive, a week and a half later no one had called me so another doctor sent my referral again and I had called and left a message. They set up a phone appointment for me, no one ever called me for my appointment. I called the following day and left a message and no one has gotten back to me.

I'm blown away at how lovely this entire team is! Reading other's reviews, it would seem there are or were some not-so-great docs here, but all of the front office staff and Dr. Baxter were incredible! Feeling lucky to have found them <3

Dr. Catt is truly amazing!! I’ve suffered with endometriosis for almost 20 years and had kinda lost hope of ever finding a gyno who would listen to my issues and understand my needs. Dr. Catt truly cares about her patients quality of life, listens to your concerns, and her bedside manner is absolutely exceptional. She is an amazing dr/surgeon. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with her. She’s given me my life back basically. Amazing woman.

I just wanted to say how incredible the entire team is. For a not so comfortable thing.. your entire team from the front desk to the doctor made this a very relaxing experience. Made me feel beyond comfortable with my decision and spent the time talking with me. Truly blown away with everyone. Thank you for being so kind.

I waited 9 months, in pain every day, then the doctor covering for dr. Collins refused to see me for a second opinion. Even on the phone with her she didn't want to listen to what I had to say and brushed off my symptoms. Worst experience with a doctor ever. Unethical to turn a patient in chronic pain away.

Dr. Macumber is one of the best doctor's and surgeons I've ever had. Highly skilled, empathic, and patient-centred. I am so satisfied and grateful for my surgery, and the results are better than I could have imagined. If you get lucky enough to be under his care, I highly recommend him. The admin team are also unparalleled - warm, professional, responsive, and welcoming. The saddest part about my surgery is that I will miss going to that office ;-) Forever grateful for the care I received from all of them.

Absolutely amazing experience! If you let some bad reviews stop you from coming to this clinic, you’re missing out on exceptional medical care ! Everyone here is incredibly kind and caring ! Dr. Baxter is amazing! Friendly, caring, and shows excellent bedside manor !
