Pockit Self Storage - Vancouver

The units I have is tall I'm 6.2ft. & I can't reach the top! I have a 7X10 it's bigger than a closet!Building access on the Web site says code but you get a fob for access! They have a washroom downstairs with a shower for some reason!? No shower curtain so the floor is wet sometimes. lighting is motion activated! Dollies located next to elevator like the ones at home DepotElevator are nice & large!Not freight elevator size but maybe half that size!Free wifi in the building office!They also sell moving supplies & they gave me a few lanyard when I bought my lockYou require a cylindrical lock they sell them for reasonably pricedI was surprised most places usual gouge you on the lock price! Here they did not!They do require you to buy there insurance $12 monthlyStaff is extremely nice except for owner of property pls see previous review below!This review was edited & changed!Owner of building more concerned over tenant sitting in alley smoking medical cannabis(I'm sorry I was to close to your property line!) You have other tenants sleeping in their units or building safety concerns brought to management attention! I tripped on metal spikes sticking out of floor, after advising management metal is still sticking out of the concrete floor! I've also seen the construction crew around the premises!

Everything was easy! Place is well lit and secure, locker is huge, elevator is pretty fast. Feels like a safe area and the front desk employee was super helpful. Overall a great experience so far.

Really simple process to rent, the storage facility is clean and well kept. We needed one to store the organizations belongings and they helped find the perfect size and at a great price. Access hours go late which works great for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful even after hours (if you accidentally broke your key) ahaha

What a great storage facility!I needed a unit on relatively short notice and the staff were incredibly helpful in identifying what size storage I needed. The facility is clean, well run and very conveniently located. I highly recommend bringing your business here!

We found this storage facility via google search. It was a very good experience, Jatin was very knowledgeable and he explained everything to us, amazing customer service. The monthly charge is very reasonable, they do have some promotions as well. Amazing view!Overall the staff are very accommodating and welcoming!

My name is Josselyn Beaumont, My experience with these crook people is unheard and unique in its different domain. Over priced storage.This is the most disgusting selfstorage ever, unprofessional personnel, rude, they have no consideration to the clients, dirty and unsafe place. Here you can learn what the word rip off means. Especially, if you deal with a certain Trevor Drummond bearing the title of District Manager. Sadly there is no minus one star, I would have given them three stars under zero, I will be filing a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of Vancouver. BC, and will layout all the facts that are relevant to this disturbing experience, suported by undeniable proofs. They sold my goods and some very important documents and personal items, the hole storage was evaluated at more than $70,000 without any notice defying all the rules that are consistent with the law in this domain in the provinc of British Columbia. Those people are more dangerous than the hyenas, and to be more specific that district manager who goes by the name of Drummond Trevor and the one who goes by the name of Jean Lewis are rude, extremely unpleasant and HORRIBLE PEOPLE, Please avoid doing business with these sharks, dishonest people and with this company as well.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and brightly lit facility. There's always parking available when I come by. Very well located in the Commercial Drive area. There's an amazing view of the city from the 4th floor windows too.
