Excellent, went on a weekday it was quiet highly recommend the $25 unlimited arcade card! Give your kid $10 to go to the dollar store and buy their own prize after! The food is not good go to the restaurant to eat instead. They do have a really good vegan ice cream! Mango & oat milk (nice and creamy) The trampoline area is very cool. They have some good spots to watch as a parent. I would recommend getting the all day pass! Bring a water bottle! Bring a lock they have lockers you can use

Love that London finally had a place like this. The scale is massive!!!! Great way to wear the kids down. With opportunity of viewing kids from the side while having a beer

This place is best enjoyed if you start early in the day, they have so many acitivities you will end up staying until its closing time! We enjoyed the ropes course and the arcade room the best. The food is decent and kind of expensive, to be honest. Unfortunately, we were here on the Family Day long weekend, and it was packed with kids, but that was on us. We were also told they have stopped doing the birthday month promotion (1 time free entry and unlimited arcade access during the month of your birthday) earlier this month. Overall, it was a super fun experience, the staff was great and helpful.

Mixed feelings…I find the trampoline access is on the expensive side and parents need to buy a ticket to go down and watch if any of your child is not comfortable being alone or with anyone else. But the trampolines are great, they have few varieties of sections that looked fun.The rope adventure is awesome, appears expensive at first sight, but it’s unique and justifiable. This adventure needs time and commitment, should be planned as the only thing to do in a visit.Food court is mediocre, but the Pizza there is crazy good.. I wouldn’t mind just going there for pizzas.

Took our kids and some friends (aged 10 to 12) here for a birthday. We didn't opt for the birthday package. Kids had fun but didn't really make use of the ropes course. One was too short to participate and some of the others were scared at the height. It never felt busy like other trampoline parks with a variety of areas. Bring your own lock as they have lockers to store shoes or other personal items. Staff in all areas were helpful. Food is pretty generic on the pricier side. The upper floor provided a bit of a quieter escape with mini golf. It's a great space to let your kids get some physical activity in a client controlled environment.

Lots of great fun to be had here for kids ages 0-14. The negative reviews tend to be around the escape room experience so those should probably be avoided as it's not their specialty. During a visit in May 2023, we did the bouncing stations and the arcade which were both great experiences. They also have VR, a very large ropes course, a play place for younger kids (0-5) and lots of food options. It will cost parents at least $40 per child but it's a really fun day.

I went here on Saturday (April 8th) for my 21st birthday and it was one of the best days of my life. They had an awesome arcade with 2 of my favourite machines (Typhoon Motion Chairs and Space Invaders) and an amazing trampoline park (I had never been to a trampoline park before and it was a good impression) and the food was great although a friend said that it seemed that the deep-fried Mars bar seems baked and not fried and we couldn’t do the obstacle course (I think it was closed) but this place was awesome and I even got a pair of Orange Grip socks and orange is my favourite colour! I will definitely be coming back!

I recently took my family to The Factory, and we had the most amazing time! As soon as we walked in, we were blown away by the sheer size and vibrancy of the place. From massive slides and obstacle courses to trampolines and bouncy castles, there is no shortage of entertainment options here. Even as an adult, I couldn't resist joining in on the fun! What impressed us the most was the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the facility. The staff was diligent in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, which is especially important during these times. Everything felt well-maintained and sanitized, giving us peace of mind. The staff members themselves were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist. They seemed genuinely passionate about their work, ensuring that every visitor had a memorable experience. Their dedication and enthusiasm truly enhanced our time at The Factory. Not only does The Factory offer an amazing play area, but it also has a dedicated section for birthday parties. We had the privilege of attending one and were blown away by the organization and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the birthday child and their guests had an unforgettable celebration. To top it off, The Factory has a cozy café area where parents and guardians can sit back, relax, and watch their children play.
