First time buying a drink from them they need to know how to make drinks properly i ordered a venti strawberry coconut with vanilla sweet cold foam and it turned out chunky thats gross.

Lovely snd convenient location with plenty of parking and a drive-thru. The baristas provide friendly service. All ingredients required for our simplest and most complicated beverages were in stock.

I ordered 4 lemonade and specifically told the order taker to put light ice in all of them. I said the same thing again when she was making the lemonade to out light ice. When I received mu drinks the cup was 3/4 filled with ice and had very little drink. Even after paying almost 25 bucks I didn’t get the drink as per my requirements. Worst place to go for a drink.

Upon leaving Huntsville, I looked on google for the hours of this Starbucks to assume that they would be open coinciding with the hours posted online. After waiting about 10 minutes in the drive-thru with no response by the speaker, I pull up to the window.Assuming the ladies inside were frustrated because apparently they weren't actually open, even though the hours online state differently- they seemed very displeased with me and were very quick to snub me off not even wanting to come to the window to explain that their hours are different than what's posted on the internet.I understand it's annoying when people pull up when apparently they're not even open, but I'm not sure how I would have been aware of that outside of the hours posted on the internet that are clearly incorrect.Unwelcoming vibe and definitely not for early birds.

April was amazing. I used to work at Starbucks so I often could tell where the weak links are. I think with this place they just need more staff and better staffing.But April I'm not sure her position but she's my favourite part of that location. Her friendliness is amazing and even though they take forever she tries her best to keep everything moving fast.Be patient when you go there because it's always busy since it's the only one around.

This is easily one of the best Starbucks stores I’ve ever been to, and I’m from Seattle. Friendly and professional staff, and very clean! Nice and bright inside. They are very attentive to how things appear, regularly cleaning and mopping the place. Whoever manages this place should be commended and rewarded. Expect this spot to get very very busy during the summer!!

It's hard to give a full rating of this location because the restaurant itself was closed during the time of our visit. The handwritten note on the door said it was temporary due to a staffing shortage, which was too bad because the store looked to be bright and airy. However, the drive-thru was open, and we used it as the line was not terribly long. I have to say that the friendliness of the service was great, and was noticeable from the few touches of kindness and thanks for my business. The order was accurate, and delivered promptly and at the usual quality expected.I know other reviewers have complained about the erratic hours and staffing of this location. But this is a much bigger issue than just this location and this company. Maybe try to understand and sympathize with the situation for those who are trying to work and provide your order. Through that lens, my experience at this location shows the best way to handle tough circumstances.
