PCR & Coco provided less than 24 hr notice that our street would be closed. Durring a pandemic while our family like most others were trying to work from home, educate or kids and be daycare teachers to our kids. Clearly they have no consideration or respect for members of the community. PCR constructed a 47 unit townhouse complex on a dead end street with no fire walls! Just because it's legal doesn't mean its ethical guys! Dont deal with these crooks!

Very unpleasant, and still can't hire employees that are able too manage a site. Threats... lots of screaming and just way unprofessional. Yeah hire them. lol good luck.
