The usual Tim Horton's choices but highly convenient location. The restaurant was sparkling clean, and the staff was smiling and courteous, which was not always easy then. They were very knowledgeable about the allergy questions I had. My latte was delicious, hot, and served with a smile.Service

3 months after i wrote the review below, we decided to give this place another chance. Got there at 9:30 AM and guess what, the drive-through is STILL closed for lack of staff. And still haven’t hired potential applicants. I am NEVER ever coming back and wasting my time again. I hope the franchise head-office is reading these reviews—————-This place is unbelievable poorly managed. They have been claiming not being able to get staff to work there for 11 months. Again we are back to the nonsense of only allowing truckers inside and all others can only use the drive through. Mgr says they want to hire. Yet I know of people that have applied and nobody seems to be hired, even one with serving experience. Not sure what the deal is here. Maybe their head office will wake up.

Wish I could give a negative 5The lady, with glasses at the drive thru was DAM rude & snotty. She should be washing dishes or cleaning bathrooms.NOT dealing with customers, in fact she is loud and yells at you across the restaurant when you are inside.Ordered an ice cap supreme.NEVER before have I been charged cents for the whipped cream on top & 30 cents for the drizzle.I called head office and was told both the drizzle and the whipped cream come with the drink & are not to be charged.So truth is that loud rude lady with glasses scams customers & pockets some of your money.Why the owner or manager can't see this is beyond me.I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE !

It's Tim Hortons, all the same, all good for fast food. The automated response to reviews is annoying tho. Always get the breakfast wraps, so good.

The yelling lady taking my order made for a very uncomfortable ordering experience and she started a fight with me since I didn't word my sandwich the way it is on her screen, which when looking at the menu I did not say the sandwich wrong. You can tell she is draining for the other employees, I would not want to work with someone like that. Definitely not let them head of house for my establishment.

Every time I get a tea, never comes with tea bag in my cup. Bacon is never fully cook, always rubber. When I asked of half of cream cheese, it's always full. I've been coming here since December 2022. Staff doesn't seem to be happy being at work. Seems like they're always judging you unless that's just their face. There is ONE lady that always tells me Have a good day" "Drive safe please!""
