I placed an order on the app and got someone else’s order entirely. An order that also cost less money than mine did based on the (lack of) items. They also failed to provide a receipt so I can’t complain about it as I lack the “store number” that is found on a receipt. Based on the bad service, the lack of receipt feels intentional so they can avoid accountability. 0/10 go literally anywhere else.

It's McDonald's and you get what you pay for. Every table in the place is dirty and when we let them know they asked which table we wanted cleaned and only cleaned that table. I let the girl know that they were all dirty but didn't do anything about it.

Ordered with the app order double burgers and received single burgers. When I called the restaurant they told me to go through the app customer service. However, every time I go to the customer service and the app I keep getting looped around and a number that is not in service. I want my refund.

Bad. Was highly disappointed when I tried to phone this establishment and was met with silence on the other end followed by an extremely high pitched beeping noise which scared my dog Maggie away who is a senior pug and is extremely sensitive. I called multiple times thinking it may have been an issue on my end but was hung up on and called the N-WORD. I will not put up with this and feel extremely violated and uncomfortable. I demand an apology and or apple pie.

Unfortunately this mcdonalds has gone downhill in terms of atmosphere and cleanliness. I feel that this is due to the large amount of high school students that visit from across the street. The bathrooms stay locked and they are absolutely disgusting. The hand dryers are either turned off or do not work. The tables are usually not wiped and finding a quiet spot to sit is nearly impossible. I genuinely feel bad for the staff here who have to deal with this. I think that the high schools administration should be notified of the students behavior at this mcdonalds. I will avoid coming here from now on.

McDonalds is always a safe bet in that the offering is a reliable bet—you know what you're getting. Sometimes I need to remind staff to stir the McFlurr y so the Oreo cookie bits go all the way to the bottom. But they're always good.

Instead of 2 orange juices, we received apple juices!! why put an option when you are the one who will decide for the customer? We ordered 2 happy meals and chose books instead of toys, but why give 2 identical books? Not a tiny thought put in it while packing? This is not a satisfactory customer service at all :(

My last experience at this McDonald's was nothing but disappointing. I used to work for McDonald's in the early 2000's and back then it was all about the guest. Now it seems to be about getting people in and out as quick as possible.They messed up our order in 3 different ways, you need to ask for a key to the bathroom (which is a pain with a kid) and I will also add the bathroom was a mess, the hand dryers did not work and the toilet seats were all dirty. They also have a sign asking people not to stay more than 30 mins. McDonald's is a quick meal most times but I felt less than welcome at this location. I haven't seen these signs or locked doors in other locations, but I could be wrong. Either way, I didn't feel welcome at all.

Extremely unprofessional staff working the drive-thru. Ordered with the app and confirmed it at first window and then at the secnod window, the worker said i hadnt paid and that the systems are down. They insisted I paid cash or i couldnt get my food, until i shown them i had paid on my phone, then i got the wrong order. Won't be coming back again and was a regular customer for over a decade.
