I had a fantastic evening at the restaurant with excellent music, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. The service provided by the waitress was impeccable, and her positive attitude added to the overall enjoyable experience.

Buvette is by far one of the BEST restaurants around! The food is exceptional, very delicious and top notch. The service was great! We had the best evening and we will be returning. It is such a vibe.

Fine Dining… casually! When a restaurant delivers the best meals, with top shelf service in an intimate setting, you call that Michelin Star or at least recommended. When you do it effortlessly, you call that Buvette, a new standard in Casual Fine Dining.I had the most wonderful evening at Buvette in Burlington. Yes … Burlington. Far away but worth the drive.Step in and friendly salutations are offered, along with overheard lively conversations of happy patrons that have been looking forward to a night out. It’s been a long few years, and Buvette has spent their time setting up and after only opening 8 months ago, they are shaking up the dining scene. The home reimagined and constructed into Buvette is gorgeous. The passthrough fireplace, with Buvette proudly emblazoned on it, plays the center piece. The sunken sunroom dining area, the intimate bar, stairs to the second floor dining area all pass by warmth of the fire. And of course, opposite to the fireplace is the glass encased small collection of fine wines.Though Buvette is a Winebar, let’s not forget their handcrafted cocktails. The owner was cheeky and named them after businesses around the historic Village Square of Downtown Burlington. From carpaccio to cauliflower bites, burrata to pastas, steaks to lobster, the names may be standard, but the food here is elevated to a whole new level. My fav? Obvisouly The Buvette Signature Share Platter! A mouthwatering board featuring steak, lobster, shrimps, lamb, and all the fixings.Whether you are here for vibes and drinks, spend some quality time with family, or a special someone, you really came to the right place. My night was amazing, however, take a gander at the menu before heading out. The place is casual but don’t forget, it is Fine Dining. Bring your card made of metal… or someone you know that is!!!Downtown Burlington continues to impress me as a place for upscale living, and I think Buvette has given me another reason to perhaps make a move? Hmmm…CHEERS!!!

I enjoyed all the dishes I had which included the beef tartare, shrimp scampi and calamari. Enjoyed my Caesar drink. The restaurant is pretty and cozy. I don’t normally like sitting that close to another table but it’s a small restaurant so the space is what it is.

Food was decent, vibe was good, service can be improved. We waited in the crowded bar for our reservation that was not ready. The Bartender lacked personality who looked like he did not want to be there. Our table was ready 15 minutes past our reservation time, it would’ve been appreciated for them to recognize and offer an apology. It appears that the waitstaff here are quite uptight and too “proper.” They lacked the genuine friendliness and banter in other establishments. Our server was very serious in the beginning and finally loosened up after we chatted with him. He brought us the wrong bottle of wine. It was evident that he didn’t know the difference between the two bottles and only recommended the more expensive bottle to us because of the year.We saw him surprise a nearby table with a sparkler on a birthday cake and two glasses of bubbly. Even though he knew we were celebrating my birthday he did nothing. Way to make another customer feel not special.

We went downtown to try Martini house, but yet again never seem to have room for two. We continued walking down and saw the nice patio with huge umbrellas. We thought why not? We walked in, and offered patio seating without a reservation. It didn't feel crowded and had great music playing. The servers were all helpful and chatted with us, helping us decide on drinks and food.We had great drinks, and the food was amazing!! The beef carpaccio was a good appetizer size to share. Had the buvette salad with salmon, that was cooked to perfection! My husband had lobster gnocchi, which was the best gnocchi he's ever had.We had a great time, absolutely nothing to complain about.

My parents and I had a great night out at Buvette back in February 2023. It’s definitely the trendy place to be in Burlington’s cute Village. The cocktails were very tasty and refreshing. I definitely recommend the Korean fried cauliflower. The shrimp cocktail was a bit underwhelming though.Overall, great drinks, atmosphere, and service!
