PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT! I went in with a list of items my friend recommended I try to help bring my hair health back. A young gentleman named Tanner helped me and he was SO AMAZING! He got me samples of some products, walked me through the best way to use them all, and didn't make me feel ridiculous about my silly questions. Will 100% be coming back to this location vs shopping online. THANK YOU TANNER!

I visited the Kelowna yesterday and was so impressed with Ella. She was knowledgeable and so helpful. Very friendly person! Enzo on the till was great too!! Thank you!!

Fabulous experience here! We just moved into a new house and it has a bath so I was excited to try out a couple bath bombs! I’m not sure of the sweet gentlemen that helped me.. he has short hair and gorgeous nails I think if that helps? He gave me amazing recommendations and was very kind and knowledgeable about the products. Very excited to try them out and happy to support a great location. It’s always busy and stocked in there with amazingl staff.

Normally, I wouldn't go out of my way to write a review but I am feeling very disappointed with my experience today (December 22) at the Lush Cosmetic store in Kelowna mall. The associate who I believe may have been the manager since she was assigning employees positions (stock, break etc.) was very unkind and condescending. While waiting in line I heard the employee telling others to restock the bath bombs. I noticed the one I wanted was out of stock so I asked her if she would be restocking the specific one I wanted. She then responded saying You should take the one you have already

I probably spent waaaay too much time in here, and asked all the questions I could. I hadn't previously been in this store, but for Christmas I received a gift card and finally got around to going into the store. The workers there were amazing, and didn't seem to be bothered by any of my questions. I ended up finding some products that I would actually use in daily life, as I unfortunately don't have a bathtub for bath bombs. I ended up getting the shower jelly, which to me, was the weirdest thing I've ever thought about getting (its basically like a bar of soap but it feels and looks and bounces like jell-o). I got the Conga scent... and just wow, my skins never felt better and the product it's self is amazing, I do feel like I have to be really careful with it... but its just wow. Thank you so much to the lady at the store who recommended it to me, because I would have NEVER thought to pick up something like this.

Honestly I’ve only had good experiences here until tonight (Christmas Eve). Me and my friends were doing some last minute shopping and some of the employees made us feel like a complete inconvenience to them the whole visit (and some were very friendly and helpful!). We DID end up losing track of time and the store just started closing so we immediately brought our stuff to the till so we could leave right away, the employees on the floor said that “maybe some people have their families to see” while we were waiting to pay. They were friendly as we were leaving and I’m sure everyone had a long day being Christmas Eve but the way some of the employees talked to us definitely left a poor taste in my mouth.

I was very happy with the service I received from the woman running the kiosk during the holiday rush. I bought both of my parents gift boxes here on their recommendation and my parents loved it! Always great service here, fast and friendly!
