I wasn’t really sure how I’d go about obtaining a mortgage or even where to start. A friend recommended a mortgage broker and so I turned to Cody. His knowledge on the process and steps we needed to take together was communicated, followed up on, and he was very professional throughout the experience. I’d highly recommend Cody to anyone looking for an excellent mortgage broker, he’s one of the best in the Okanagan!

Cody Chambers is the smartest most professional mortgage advisor to deal with in Canada! He takes the stress away from obtaining a mortgage, he’s on top of every file and document as soon as it’s available to him! It seems like him and his team worked around the clock (evenings, nights and weekends included) to get me the perfect mortgage, he will do everything in his power to make sure you get the lowest interest rate and that you meet your deadlines and condition dates! Just be careful if you’ve see him working his night job, his whiskey Gingers aren’t too be consumed lightly
