Not the best as staff is not helpful but not the worst Pharmaprix. Poor selection on everything and specials are often missing even if it's the first day of the flyer

I was a victim of racism at your shoppers Drug martI went at your pharmaprix to buy body lotion and 2 white woman probably the managers told me that backpacks were kept at cashier and getting them after shopping I did so. But later when I was about to go and pay,I saw 4 white girls with their backpacks on. why didn’t she tell them to what she told me?

Pathetic is the only word coming out of my mind when I think of my customer journey at this pharmaprix. I bought a defective product, which was open, from another pharmaprix. I decide to get to this location since the other pharmaprix is far from where I live. I kindly present the issue with my product to the sales representative and asked her if I can return or worst case, get an exchange. She is not certain, so she calls her manager. The manager in question refuses to refund the defective product since it was not originally" purchased at her store and she claimed that she cannot put it back for resell since it is open. She did not empathize at all about my situation

Always a minimum of 30 minutes for over the counter products. No matter if you call ahead, prescription or even a simple bottle of Aleeve. Worst of all is the pharmacists don’t even talk to you.

Electronic products are locked in a special room, hidden from clients. If you ask to see one product (a camera for example), they let you wait 15-20mins or sometimes they even refuse to show it to you. They just reply 'We don't have that product' which is a lie, I use an application to check their stock and I know it's very accurate, they have it in stock.Or, sometimes they look at you like you are a thief or scammer if you tell them to search for it because they have in stock.I don't understand how Shoppers Drug Mart tolerates this practice at this franchise/location.

Even though they post the price accuracy policy on the wall when you walk in they refuse to abide by it. I bought loreal lipstick that was clearly marked on sale for $6.99 but I was charged $11.49. The sales clerk called her manager who told her not to give it to me for free. She offered to return it then sell it to me for the sale price. I just returned it. She explained that the law only works on sale items with out of date signs. No big deal but don't post the sign if you're not going to follow the law. I won't be shopping there any more. Consumers check your receipts!

They were unable to enter my insurance information in their computer so I can pay a reduced price for my medication. I didn't have this problem in any other drug store (Jean-Coutu, Brunet etc).The staff leaves this place every few weeks, probably that's why they don't know how to do their job...
