My family and I were looking for some dresses to wear to a wedding. We walked all around the mall and found nothing.. My daughter then noticed Moniques right in the corner beside Best Buy so I thought I'd give them a try since I was totally about to give up and go home. I was more than happy with their dress selection and best of all they had all different sizes for the whole family. The customer service is even better.. I didn't catch the lady's name but she helped us for at least 1 hr with so much patience and helpful suggestions. We ended up buying 3 dresses in total and we could not be more than happy with the price and quality. I will definitely be paying them another visit again! Thank you guys!!

I bought a few dresses from this store over the years. The service is phenomenal. The dresses are different and they're very accommodating to getting the dress altered to fit you. The prices are even better wish I can give them more than five stars.

Worse Customer Service Ever. While they have a great variety and size of dresses, their Customer service is poor. I didn't know the mall closes at 8pm do I went into Moniques at 7:30pm to shop for a prom dress for my daughter and a dress for myself to attend a wedding. No one helped us I had to ask a young girl working there for help and even then she didn't pull the dress for sale as there was two other customers that kept asking questions and holding up the change rooms. When we eventually could get a change room the blonde lady had the nerve to say we're closing and was kicking us out the store bitbthe other two coulpes in there she wasnt saying anything to them. Now if the girl that was originally helping us say hey we're closing shortly and I don't think you will have enough time to try on dresses maybe you could come back another day" I would have totally been fine with that. But the blonde lady was rude and condescending. I went in there and didn't even ask the price I was ready to spend my money on whatever dress my daughter wanted. Admittedly they are overpriced but with the selection they have I was ok with paying a bit more for a dress but now I will take my daughter and my money elsewhere. Very poor customer service."

The male associate there was disrespectful. He was talking to the other female associate in their own language to make the prices of their dress more than what it’s featured for. Totally not respectful and inconsiderate and unfair for different customers of different races. I would not recommend doing service here.

This place doesn't deserve even half a star. Most of the dresses seem used. Most of their dresses have stains in them. If you buy a dress from them, make sure to scrutinize it with a magnifying glass. They stamp “final sale” on the receipt so that you can’t return it even if there was already something wrong with the dress. I bought a $300 dress from that place that had two holes and makeup stains on the inside. The zipper was also torn from the dress and nonfunctional. I only found out after I had bought the dress. I was also not sold the same dress that I had tried on; the employees like to sell the first dress on the rack!! Seriously?! This is also the same dress that every woman tries on. Buyer beware!!! I cannot stress enough how important it is to be cautious and attentive when purchasing dresses from this place.

This boutique may have a good selection of clothing items and sizes, but their customer service is severely lacking. As a plus-sized customer, I had a negative experience when I visited the store. The clothes appeared to be dirty and overpriced for their quality. When I asked for a larger size of a dress, the saleswoman was rude and uncooperative, offering only one size up despite my concerns about the fabric's lack of stretch. She even rolled her eyes and hissed at me when I tried on the dress. The older woman with blonde hair, who seemed to be the owner, was also unhelpful and dismissive, not even asking if I needed a different size. As someone who has worked in retail, I can confidently say that this behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO THIS this boutique, EXTREMELY RUDE. and recommend going to a store like Laura, where the service is friendly, welcoming, and professional.

This place is amazing, I've been going here since 2009 and the dress selection has always been lovely, the prices are exactly what you expect, and the service is pretty good
