Family Pizza
It was my Mom's 88th birthday, and since I am out of town we made plans for her to go nextdoor and I would treat them all to pizza. It would have been great, except that the poor neighbors were charged for the delivery!! It was my treat! And I placed an intentionally extravagant order (four pizzas and two dry ribs with a pop), that was roughly $100, with a good tip too!!! So you can imagine how this pizza surprise" that should have been delightful

1st off.. 2 for 1 isn't a real thing at this place. $44 per large pizza + 1 'free'.. when 1 large by itself is $33.I was told my 2 medium pizzas would take 35 min. 75 min later they arrived cold and the order was wrong and incomplete. Waiting for confirmation of a order replacement and the manager hasn't made himself available.I won't be ordering from here EVER again. Order elsewhere people!

Great pizza, I love it. One thing I don’t like is how the cook doesn’t wear gloves or wash hands. I watched him deal with cash and then start making someone else’s pizza.

I am an out of towner and I was a touch on the pekish side. I saw the glowing light of Family Pizza. Naturally, I followed. Upon gazing at the menu I decided upon the Kick It Up a Notch Bacon Triple Cheese Sticks. It is of my opinion that everyone must try them. Bacon, gooood, cheese, gooooood, jalapenos, goooood!! The service was quick. The lovely girl that took the order was very pleasant.

UPDATE- The manager called me and was so sorry we had terrible pizza. He took care of us and when we ordered again it was really hot, crispy and delicious. Will try them again.What a disappointment!We just ordered two large pizza and the bottom was so soggy and wet, you can actually see a puddle in the second picture. It was awful and a real waste of $40. We were so excited for a hot crispy pizza.... we got warmish soggy pizza.

Went in for supper and ordered two pizzas. I believe the girl at the til was a trainee because she needed assistance to enter the order into the POS, which was fine. I wanted an all dressed pizza, but I accidentally said all meat, but I corrected myself. When I went back to get the pizza I wanted, the manager insisted that I said all meat (which doesn't make sense because why would I confirm a pizza I didn't want) and he would not correct the mistake. Instead, he said that I ordered the all meat and went about his business like I wasn't still standing there. I asked if I was then stuck with this pizza I didn't want and he said yes. So I asked for a full refund, and he said if you want". I wasn't able to get the refund because my partner ate one slice in the car

I order pizza from family pizza regularly, but that may change. I truly enjoy their pizza and I feel that they have a great product, unfortunately I have had a few less then pleasant experiences. When visiting with a friend at her home, I have had a delivery driver try to argue with me that I did not give the correct address on the order, but still somehow showed up at the address provided about an hour and twenty minutes later. Then another time, ordered a couple pizzas on a Saturday at 2pm(today) and they took over an hour as well and when I called to inquire the person answering provided my address when I mentioned that I ordered about an hour ago and was wondering what was happening as they quote 45minutes. Is it likely a restaurant was swamped at off hours? I'll leave that up to you. I also didn't appreciate the snide tone of the employee when she stated well

Get pizza that has hair in it , call the office told them about it they advised there will be a credit , call to use credit they didn’t take any info down or honor .. lost a customer ✌️
