Update: went again and this time was greeted by Rachel. She was friendly, attentive and thoughtful. She displayed amazing customer service and made everyone feel welcomed. She regularly checked in on us and made sure we were enjoying our experience. In addition to, she took great photos of our family which we will be keeping for memories. Thank you Rachel!------------------Amazing experience. Shoutout to our host Emily for providing an excellent customer service. She is very efficient, helpful and friendly. I have been to Mandarin several times, but Emily is one of a kind and is setting standards for what good customer service is. Keep up the good work.

We were served by Sam! He was Very kind and very considerate for our needs. Personal friend of my fathers and they used to work together here for a long time about 18 years ago! Its nice coming in every-time seeing all the friendly familiar faces. Food is good as always however I do suggest they bring back the lobster! All in all great service, awesome food, great staff and we will always be coming back!

Great customer service. Anjeela was very amiable-Made our special outing memorable!Another visit and once again great service! Bo really drove home customer satisfaction. We were also pleasantly surprised when Alvin checked in to see if the services were well received. We definitely appreciated the concern and respect shown. Once again I'll definitely recommend this location.

The best buffet experience I had. The best ever. Definitely loved their food they have so many vegetarian options and so much variety in anything and everything. I absolutely loved their food, customer service and even the place itself. Definitely coming back here. The food was very nice and even the staff was so sweet. I loved the place.

Had lunch with mum in the beautiful ambience at Mandarin. The greeters, servers and all other staff were happy and extremely welcoming. Sam our server was terrific. The food was more delicious than we both remembered. Another great experience!

One of better and bigger locations. Great choice of all kind of food and sweets. Good to stop by once in a while. We over eat every time we come. Good and fastservice. I recommend to call in before coming to book a table as you may wait a bit dampening on day. Too bad they don't serve anymore crab legs, hopefully they'll come back some day. Cheers
