Amazing service. Our beautiful new truck was struck by a tree during a storm rendering it undriveable and not water tight due to the tree coming through the windshield. One call to Brookfield and they arrived within the hour to pick up. They assured us the adjuster would look at the truck the next day despite it not being on his list. True to their word it was evaluated and arrangements were made to haul it to the dealership to be repaired. Amazing staff and if we could have had them fix it we would. But the aluminum body dictates it could only go to certain shops for repair. Thank you for making this so much easier. Gotta love small town. They go above and beyond. Barry the driver was excellent. Careful and thoughtful.

Ted came out this evening and pulled me out when my truck was stuck. He was extremely professional and my truck was unscathed, I would highly recommend him to anyone if they happen to get stuck.

I took my car there after I hit a deer. I was told by Manitoba Public Insurance that Cory Solnes was the only Autopac Adjuster in Lac du Bonnet. That is why I took my car there, despite the fact that 3 different people told me he did not provide good service and that the customer service was downright awful. I’d have to agree. When I walked in I was greeted by a yapping dog That would not shut up. I was forced to wait for 15 minutes while Cory finished a phone call, even though I heard him hang up and make at least one more call while I was waiting. Great customer service buddy! Then I was made to wait for car parts for almost a month and a half!! When I finally took my car in I decided I DID NOT want to give my business to him. So I told them that and promptly drove to Lac du Bonnet Autobody where I was told by the wonderful owner Wally that he was ALSO an Autopac adjuster! Surprise surprise!! Why didn’t MPI tell me that I wonder??? Cory also tried to charge Wally a holding fee for the parts he had ordered in for me. That is not in accordance with MPI. I was told That all I needed to do to switch my claim was call MPI. The first number I called I spoke to an operator who gave me a number to call for the Beausejour MPI office which he told me I needed to call to switch my claim. I wrote down the number and then he promptly transferred me. That number was a ‘dead end’ line, none of the prompts worked. I hung up and called the number again with the same result. I don’t give up easily so I found a NEW number and called it. The operator I spoke to that time told me there was no need to call the Beausejour office, they could switch the claim over the phone which they promptly did. I’ll let the fine readers of this review draw their own conclusions! I will never support this man or his business, I only support businesses that treat their customers with respect. When I tried to report my concerns through the Canadian Anti-Fraud website do you know what I received in reply? An email containingy Chinese characters!!! Last I heard we were a French/English bilingual country. Not surprisingly nothing came of that report. I wonder why?!? I’ve since found another way to file with them and that experience was completely legit. I highly recommend that anyone reading this take their car to Wally at Lac du Bonnet Autobody. You will receive excellent care there! God bless anyone reading this!

We got stuck at Wendigo Beach big time in the slushy snow. Barry almost got stuck himself backing up to hook up the winch! After a lot of pissing around because we kept sliding in deeper, he pulled us to get the front end facing forward and got us on our way! He even followed behind us all the way to highway 11 to make sure we were ok!! Best service ever and a great price considering how much work he had to do! Highly recommended in my books!! Keep safe Barry!! We all need people like you around!!

We ruined Barry and his son's Friday night by getting so stuck it took him four hours to get us out (due to ridiculously bad terrain and conditions). He was very professional and stayed until the job was done, even making sure that we managed to get all the way back to the highway. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Thank you again Barry.

I slid into the ditch at White Lake and couldn't get out myself. I called every tow truck company listed online and this was the only company who said they could help. The truck arrived before I expected it to, and Barry Stefaniuk got my SUV out quickly and even inspected it for damage. The cost was less than I expected it to be especially for such a well done job. I'll be recommending this company to all of my friends and neighbours out here.

Work done to my truck was top notch. Would highly recommend.

To sum it up in one word: Great!B. and his son pulled us out of a sand pit on a Saturday evening. They were the only once even willing to help us and they did a great job! Thanks guys! You card is in my car and will stay there. I hope I will never get in such a miserable situation again. Up if so, I know who I will call.
