Open Book Coffee
This is a cool little independent coffee shop and book store in an otherwise very commercial part of the city. There are comfy chairs and couches encouraging you to stay for awhile and local art on the walls.

This cafe is so special with its wide selection of local books and vintage decorations. The friendly barista, who may also have been the owner , excitedly told me about his vintage pieces and art collections. A lovely place to visit and buy local.

This cafe is little jewel, rather small in space but compensates with great atmosphere, good coffee, superb oat cakes and other munchies. This, wraped in a nice, warm bundle of a bookstore - a must visit!

Love the Open Book Coffee Shop! My guest was on a rating mission for London Fog Tea i Halifax. Open Book scored very high. The pakoras were delish as well. And the shopping experience.....fantastic book and gift selection! This gem is unique, out of the way - and so worth visiting.

Good coffee and great books! Don’t bring your dog though! I saw a conscientious employee who wouldn’t allow a dog into the shop without proof that it was a service animal despite repeated pushback from the pet owner.

Open Book Coffee
Our first visit today. We will definetly return. The coffe was great and the baked good were deliciois and fresh. The decor is well done. It seemed quite busy for a tuesday but still plenty of seating and room to move around. Its not a full fledged book store, but atill a great selection for a coffe shop / book store. Well balanced
