Welluck Floors

Welluck installed TOXIC, off-gassing wall-to-wall carpeting in this condo in August 2022. I purchased the condo in November 2022. Between those dates, the condo was not lived in or used. The first time I entered the condo, I wondered what the smell was. I hired a home inspector who told me that the odour was the carpet off-gassing. In the brief periods of time I have spent in the condo, I experience a horrible sore throat, sore itchy eyes, and a raspy voice. The raspy voice disappears after I leave the condo, but the sore throat remains. I have contacted Welluck, but their employees speak VERY poor English with a heavy accent and so are difficult to converse with. If they agree to replace the carpeting, I will write a new review reflecting that. If they refuse to make their wrong a right, I will take them to court.

Had to get rid of some really old disgusting carpet and I shopped around for the best deal without sacrificing service.Raymond so graciously did an on-call consultation with us after hours to look at samples as I work 9-5 and their store hours are 9-5. He provided us with a very very reasonable quote and came to the location the following week to inspect.The quote was only slightly changed but still agreed and made the deposit.An emergency happened on my end the day before the installation and Raymond was very kind to reschedule to our needs.The day of service. The crew came and did their thing. Its a 750sft apartment and got it done in one day. 10:30am-7:30pm. (appreciate the one day installation!)We were super super happy with the work. I was a little nervous as he mentioned they typically work with developers and contractors but they did such an amazing job, couldn't be more please.Thank you Raymond and the team!
