Always willing to help you out to find the part you need. Their yard is massive with a huge inventory of cars. They had the cheapest price on a starter and it had low kms! Highly recommended!

Disappointed as I called them yesterday to make sure that the part I ordered was in so today after driving for half hour, got there and they told me that the part is not good so why is it that no one called me, this is lost time which no excuse will pay back my lost time, not happy about it

When it was Sonshine the in-person customer service was way better.The two last visits since it is LKQ were poor. It seems they priorise phone calls and ignore you just standing there. 28 mins for a core return. I get that you are short staffed but 4 employees passed me by ignoring that I was even there.Manager: Get your guys some help!

If there were more stars to give, I would give 10 out of 10. I needed a roof antenna assembly for my car which would have cost me at my dealer service nearly $700 for parts and labor. Thanks to Mr. André Brind'amour for working so hard to find me the rare part that I need and at the same time, saving me a lot of money. Thank you again André, it was very much appreciated.
