We ended up picking RainCity Pest Control over the other dozen pest control companies in the Port Coquitlam area because we found Bill to be more knowledgeable than the other operators. Big pest control companies seem to have a high turnover of staff which means less experienced people coming to our home and it was clear when Bill came over and spent the extra time to explain our options that we had the experienced contractor that we needed for our issue.

An excellent experience. The previous company my strata hired only set down bait traps. After 3 visits and three months, the mice infestation only got worse. I then called RainCity, and wow, night and day service! Shane and his team were beyond thorough in sourcing the entry points from the walls and sealing them. Bill from RainCity was tending to a job at another townhome in my strata because nearby construction has caused an influx of mice taking shelter in garages as it's gotten colder. As he walked by I'd mentioned to him that the gentleman who I hired to clear my garage had just found dead mice which was why I was standing in the middle of the street in fear... Then Bill offered to help us by removing the dead mice.Several minutes later, Bill had not only assisted with the removal of the dead mice but also trapped live ones that ran into a crawlspace between a wall in the garage. I could not thank Bill enough for being kind enough to help two strangers who are very fearful of mice.I'm very grateful that Bill was so kind, professional, efficient, and most importantly, gracious with his time.
